Diesel_Bird
The front office again has a lot of work to do this offseason. As we are stuck with Ryan. They have to hit home runs in free agency and drafts over the next couple of seasons.
dirtyhairy
Guys, this is an 8 and 8 team. That's mediocre but this was a 1st year coach and his system entails his types of players. We are not as bad as many think, nor good as we want. Players who won't be back are:Moore - Loved him for many years but we must move onPerson - Maybe he's a back up guard. Not a center.Goodman - Doesn't flash anything.Chester - He's not even a backup at this point.Roddy - Love him but he either restructures his contract or is gone. Too much money and that last drop will be remembered.Toilo - He could stay, but we need another Tight endHester - What has he done lately? Nothing.Durant - He will get a long discussion going with the coaches. He can be replaced, should be replaced.Wheeler - Unless he is on a Vet minimumJackson - He rarely does anything that shows up.This team is close. I think Shanahan deserves another year as well. We lost by turning the ball over, stupid penalties and this game is one of inches. I hate to lose, but this team will add some tough players this year. This team is on the come, future is very bright. Edited January 3, 2016 by dirtyhairy

Ezekiel 25:17
Soliaieveryone on the Oline not named Matthews and Shraeder, well with the exception MAYBE levitre, we gave up too much to get himLinebackers not named worrilow, and reed are in dangerReed, his cost is too high with low production. As far as Durant... Too many injury issues but not sure if you can turn over the entire LB group in one season so more than likely one of Both of these guys have a good chance of being back. But at an affordable price. Edited January 4, 2016 by Ezekiel 25:

GleasonForever!
Surprise Cut: Babs drafted in 2005 and we need to get more from the interior for what salary we are paying him. I know he's a board favorite but dude is old and went from getting to the back field and wiffing on plays to just not making them anymore. Save the 3 mil in cap space and add it to a younger studs salary in FA. Edited January 4, 2016 by GleasonForever!

Ezekiel 25:17
Who will not be on the roster:Bryant - he is good but he probably let Graham steal his jobHester - this was a year off for him even in recent weeksSoliai - he is one the most expensive players on our defense and has plenty of youngsters under himMoore - same as abovePerson - any guy who is replaced in the last game clearly is not a coach's pickWho will not be going anywhere:Ryan - there is not some great replacement sitting out there and hopefully we do not trade him for RG3 or something stupidWorrilow - he will still be here because he is cheap but likely as a backupBiermann - he will be playing less but he must have something on somebody in the organizationTamme - he has probably secured another season as one of the TE rotationWhite - the fan and press reaction would be very negative to any move to get rid of him and he is not tradeableMatthews - the only OLman who probably does not have to worry about his jobI almost totally agree... Outside of saying Biermann was one of our most productive/consistant DLs this season at a decent price. But he STILL may have nude photos of somebody... lolWhite, A contract restructuring maybe in order for him to make financial sense. But Again, Blank is a public relations type of owner so fan/media reaction may play a part as well.Oh he!!, I totally agree with what you said on second thoughts.. lol
