BeRom
Leave him at DE where many think he is too small and weak, or do we move him to OLB which would probably be his most productive position? However, unless we change our "no blitz" attitude his speed to the QB would be lost at OLB.

Atlantafan21
Use him like they use Clay in Green Bay. We should not put him at MLB at all.
Jesus
He's looking good at times. Needs another off season to perfect it.
OBXFalcon
OLB. This is his natural position. But we do need to have him rush often instead of just bringing 4 guys like we always do. He would make an excellent NFL OLB and unlike the rest of our linebackers wouldn't be a liability in coverage. Been saying this forever. Clark Kent™
Keep him at DE. Let him have a year of NFL offseason training/diet and see how he looks next year. I think he'll be fine. That speed off the edge willl open up a lot of doors to other moves. I want to see how he progresses.

FALCONFLIGHT300
We could use his as a bargain tool and trade his ***..he has no fire about him
spanish_falcon
To me he´s a DE. Needs to get stronger and have a nice offseason, and next season will be way better

ICUH8N
Bleacher Report just said he was playing with a torn Labrum all year. Beasley's been playing with a torn labrum all seasonDang just beat me to it lol
Atlfanstckndenver
I just read he's been playing with a torn labrum all year? Any confirmation on that?Nm. Thanks guys. Yet another example of how people needing to realize that you should never assume you know the whole story. He'll be fine next year. HEIST
He's fine. Torn labrum all year is news. But he was in on that (imo) game winning sack. Killed his OT off the snap.
E. T.
Its good to have a DE/OLB crossplayer on staff.
Atlfanstckndenver
Probably explains why he's been trying to spin to beat the tackles so much too. He can't get his full repertoire of moves going with a bad shoulder.

Monolith2001
Injury or not, Beasley is doing okay but needs the following IMO:1. More strength. He needs to get stronger to throw guys off better2. Use his hands better. He is not nearly violent enough.3. Get some help on the line. Right now, he is getting no help inside so teams don't have to choose their poison.4. Stop pussyfooting around and get after it like they hit your momma.Things he doesn't need to do:1. Move to another position. He is a hybrid DE/LB. He is mostly a dedicated rushing LB.2. Gain weight. I don't know what he weighs but 5-10 lbs isn't going to make him win more often and getting into the 270-280 range where weight becomes physically more useful against 300+ lb men, probably slows him down significantly. (see #1 & 2 in what he needs to do) Edited December 20, 2015 by Monolith2001
Oldskooler
From what I've seen of Beasley this year, Beasley's "natural position" may well involve a paper hat and fries. We should have drafted Bud Dupree. He's been making a difference for the Steelers pass rush.
Falconsfan567
Whoops, I thought he was an OLB.He used to be. They moved him to MLB a couple years ago.

Monolith2001
He's got better players around him.True statement and when you compare stats, Beasley has even been better up through last week's games. Also Beasley has 3 passes defended, Dupree has 1. etherdome
Clay Matthews plays ILB in a 3-4 set. He does not play MLB in a 4-3. After hearing about Beasley's shoulder injury, I am beginning to think that he should move to SLB.
