Mr. Blank, It Is Time To Fire Thomas Dimitroff.

Ater the last three losing seasons, the fans need something to happen. After losing seven of their last eight games, the fans deserve answers. And after getting manhandled 38 to 0 against the Carolina Panthers, the fans should see these results as unacceptable.

The Falcons are an embarrassment. The state of the team is simply inexcusable. The worst three hours of my week are easily when the Atlanta Falcons are bumbling away winnable football games. Changes are surely coming to the coaching staff in the offseason. However, coaching changes during the season are always difficult to make.

Removing the engineer of this crumbling team can be done right now, however, and it is time that Thomas Dimitroff is fired. He had eight years to build a Super Bowl team. He failed. We have seen what Dimitroff can do, and it is not enough to keep his job.

The Falcons had only one player from their 2009 draft class play for the team after finishing out their rookie contract. The entire 2010 draft class is off of the roster. 2011 consists of Julio Jones and Matt Bosher. The 2012 class is entirely out of the NFL. After Desmond Trufant and Robert Alford, the team has received just about zero impact from the 2013 draft. The Falcons have already cut their 3rd, 4th, and 5th and 7th round picks of last year's draft.

If you think that is ugly, free agency has been worse. Pick any year and you will find disastrous decisions. The personnel decisions have been confusing for years. Letting Curtis Lofton leave in free agency. Signing Sam Baker to a ridiculous contract extension. Paying Dunta Robinson big money, but letting Brent Grimes leave for a moderate contract. Paying Tyson Jackson as if he was a Pro Bowl player.

It is hard to remember all of the mistakes. All the blunders. The poor evaluation of the team's own players. This team lacks depth, talent, and potential. We could nitpick all of Dimitroff's moves and missed opportunities. In the end, it should come down to this: it is embarrassing and painful to watch this team. The man responsible should not return next year, and has no reason to stick around through the rest of the season.

Yep, given the fact that we have ZERO draft picks left from 2012 and our OL and DL continues to be a big issues each year going on for 8 years now it is time to part ways with him. He was good for awhile but he has proven he can't build an OL or DL and that is our teams Achilles heal.

If AB is serious about winning TD and KS should be fired tomorrow. And who ever replaces them needs a direct order to fix the OL and DL within 2 years or get fired as well. with an all pro OL and DL our skill positions can actually do their job.

I honestly believe you guys will get your wish this offseason. IMO Dimitroff will be shown the door. I just hope Kyle Shanahan is giving the boot as well. This franchise is going know where fast and AB NEEDS better results before this high dollar stadium is complete!

I don't see how it goes any other way. Last season Dimitroff supporters said it was coaching. Smitty supporters said it was talent. Some of us were on board with Smitty going but felt Dimitroff should have been fired too. Maybe most of us, I don't know.

Well, we have new coaches and very similar results. Soft play. No heart. Alford gave up -- straight gave up -- on the long TD, calling for a flag instead of going after his man that he let get over the top of him. No pass rush (2 sacks today, but one of them took a month and a half to develop -- good for Beas padding the stats though). No blocking on offense. The entire team lacks both talent and depth.

People say that's coaching, but I say we've had 2 different coaches with the same results. It's talent. That's not to say Smitty shouldn't have been fired, but it is to say you can't keep firing the coaches and watching the team the GM fielded **** the bed. TD has to go. It's past time.

This clown should have been fired simply for never addressing the TE position as other teams draft quality TEs. This team sticks with a tiny slow backup and a worthless goon. Excellent management.

That and always going the cheap route on the OL and flay out just doesn't care about the pass rush. Sacks are clearly overrated in his eyes

Going cheap would actually be better than what Dimitroff has done. He went full out after holiday bargain bin on the lines, and then still over paid for that. He traded picks for Levitre. Please someone correct me if I'm wrong on that, cause I would love to be.

Anyway, fire Dimitroff and get rid of Polosi as well. He also seems to be useless.
