Goodwin to the practice squad and have released wide receiver LaRon Byrd from the practice squad. Goodwin, 6-3, 190 pounds, was originally signed by the Pittsburgh Steelers as a college free agent following the 2014 NFL Draft out of California University of Pennsylvania. He spent the 2014 season as a member of the Steelers practice squad. Byrd, 6-4, 220 pounds, was originally signed by the Arizona Cardinals as a college free agent following the 2012 NFL Draft out of Miami. He played in four games for the Cardinals in 2012.
