Eason Not Concerned

About who is coaching......

"Two things are dominating the boards right now in the Georgia Bulldogs market. What is going on with Mark Richt and what is the commitment status of Jacob Eason?

Dawgs247 talked with his father,Tony and this was his response on Jacob and Georgia on Sunday.

"He looks at it as an opportunity," said Tony Eason.

"He has already developed a brotherhood with committed guys and guys that have privately told him they are coming. The boys are coming together to help right the ship. Its not about coaches or rankings. Its about a group of top recruits that love the Dawgs and want to play together."

Eason's son is currently ranked as the Nation's Top QB prospect and has been verbally committed to UGA for over a year and half now."

Makes you wonder if people aren't looking at this backwards. Rather than worry about Eason - what better situation for a new coach to have than come in with the best QB in the country and the other recruits we have lined up. Eason and company make the job that much more attractive

Then there truly is no excuse to keep Richt. Time to move on.

Honestly, I would hate to keep CMR around through the Eason years and waste his talent. If CMR stays it wouldnt matter if we recruited Tom Brady, the results wouldnt be any different than what we have witnessed. The program has become stale and indifferent, the common denominator is CMR. Only thing new is the splash of substandard coaching with Schott and Sale.

Exacyly! No need to waste Eason's potential. Nows as good of a time as any (since 2010) to wash or hands clean of this complacency.
