russ7000
Todd Gurley ready to roll for Rams in NFL Week 7 Todd Gurley is ready to lead the Rams... and your fantasy team. The early returns on Rams first-round pick Todd Gurley are spectacular. St. Louis didn’t care that Gurley tore the ACL in his left knee on Nov. 15 while playing for Georgia last year. They still made him the 10th pick in the 2015 NFL Draft, and after being eased in during his Week 3 debut, Gurley has 49 carries for 305 yards. He’s done that less than a year from serious knee surgery. The great news for fantasy owners? He should only improve as he gets stronger.“You look around the league, it takes more than just a year to come back,” Rams coach Jeff Fisher said this week. “Todd’s a year out, that’s why I say he’s not 100%. He’s going to continue to get better.”http://www.nydailynews.com/sports/football/jets/fantasy-football-todd-gurley-ready-roll-rams-article-1.2408177We Should Drafted him instead of Beasley YEAH I SAID IT

southernscot
Is this serious or just trolling? Freeman currently 2nd in NFL in rush yds (505) and 1st in TDs (9). Not to mention the fact that 3rd-rounder Coleman looks to be a breakaway threat and nice complement to Free. Meanwhile, main weakness for Falcons hasn't been lack of offensive balance this year — it's the fact that opposing QBs have an hour and a half to throw the ball against us. Yeah but Gurley was hurt if had started at the beginning of the season he would be a top running prob better than freeman ..... YEAH I SAID IT !!!! AND YOU KNOW IT IS TRUE !!!! Guest
Defense will come just be patient. This instant gratification Era we live in is just terrible, and I'm only 25, but even I knew not to expect much this year. In regards to Gurley just no. Malachore
I did draft Gurley and got Freeman off waivers so it's the best of both worlds for me.

Because that was our #1 most glaring need. We were already set at running back according to, well, I guess the nation at this point.
Sui_Generis
Lol. Seriously. Lol. Gurley will be good, but the Falcons have their own beast in the making that goes by the name of Freeman. The Falcons needed a pass rusher and took the best one available. This is seriously laughable.
Guest facelessman07
I loved Gurley but we needed defense. Badly

Guest Gritz
Reading this makes it sound like everyone has given up on Beasley. Good grief.A lot of people apparently have.It really makes me understand on a much deeper level why the Atlanta Falcons fan base gets laughed at and ridiculed so much. It's deserved. HASHBROWN3
We have some stupid punks on these boards needing massive amounts of attention. They probably read people magazine LOL...
RunningThePiszOuttaTheBall
Hindsight is always 20/20. We had a good draft, but hindsight can always improve it. At this point, I think you can make a strong case that we should have drafted Randy Gregory. Our pass rush clearly needs help, and Gregory turned out to be a great value. EDIT -- and I HAVE NOT given up on Beasley. I believe he will be an outstanding player. But double dipping would have helped us quite a bit. Mid-Nite-Toker
Beasley was the right call...and we have two young promising running backs.
