PapaJoe
This class is shaping up as a decent QB class with:CookGoffTowlesLynchBrissettHoganPrescott

hjerry
None of them look like they deserve to be #1 picks imo, but one almost certainly will be. A couple might be top 10 worthy though.
PapaJoe
Because we need a QBAn FYI... Not every post in the FA and Draft Forum MUST be directly related to the Falcons,
Smiler11
All with question marks for me though, I wouldn't want to be a QB needy team with the #1 pick. The depth does look good though.
PapaJoe
Certainly not a Luck in the bunch; I've done a little digging on each though and could see all the ones I listed becoming reasonably good in time if they land in a decent scenario.Prescott likely to be hardest fit for a scheme long term but he is still promising.Goff has a slight build but he is going to be a good QB in NFL one day.Cook is good enough for a team that fits him.The other three need coaching and time, coupled with the desire, but are capable and have the physical skill sets. datchrisb1
Because we need a QBIndirectly benefits us dude, because the more QB's taken, the more likely that linebacker you like or a DE falls for us. Especially if we are picking past 25. Very high luxury to already have a established QB, with a QB deep draft coming. Realistically, half the teams in the NFL "NEED" to draft a QB, 9 times out of 10 they will be picked higher than they need to be. PapaJoe
Using the Utah - Cal game to downgrade Goff ?Stop looking at the INT number and actually look at the multitude of factors that led to those, as well as analyze the rest of his play in the macro view and not a micro-funnel, and the results. Then do the research and you would also realize he is the type character that most GMs and Coaches want in the locker room and especially as their QB and leader. We're arguing whether he deserves to go #1 overall, and I think that the evidence is that he's not there..at least not yet. Now, he may end up going #1, but that doesn't mean that he deserves it. Should a qb go #1... **** no.

Should a qb go #1... **** no.I'm not saying he should go #1 either, so we certainly agree on that point. He may end up going #1 though, so we agree on that point also.I'm just saying the 5 INTs v. Utah was a case of him getting a lot of help in reaching that total coupled with a lot of just simply bad luck thrown in; a couple of them were more on him, but the batted balls and the receivers making errors were big contibutors. AndySG
Agree with the majority here in that I don't LOVE any of them as prospects. There have been some poor QBs recently. I wouldn't be worried if Saints took any of them.

I also think Boykin deserves some more hype
