Answer For Covering Te...

OK, whose responsibility was it each time Watson burned us? And why couldn't we adjust. Don't speculate. Was it Worrilow, a Safety, another LBer? Or were there multiple guys who couldn't do it?

Watson is not a quick, fast TE at all. This was just another failure-log into the fire of horrible execution last night.

You ask a lot. Can't sit and rewatch the game just for a board post. But I did notice Worrilow and Moore consistently failing at covering him.

Thanks! I had to watch the computer game center cbs on my laptop otherwise I'd be in the know.

Man you think it was tough watching it live on TV, try watching those arrow/lines showing progress for the teams. You'd be surprised how frustrating that can be.

I'm going to watch nfl game pass later. Then I'll relive the same nightmare again. LOL

Yep, we're gonna draft a hybrid LB/Safety type no doubt. Can't wait. Meantime, we need to cover a slow footed, washed up TE or at least put Stupar out there in Worrilows place to see how he holds up. Might be the same thing. Or change up our coverages or whatever we need to do.

I'm not gonna get off too much on this chit because if we eliminate our giveaways and miscue's this game would have ended much differently.

We allowed them to dictate from the onset and we knew we couldn't do that when they had every reason to be inspired and play well.

Yep, if they can cover, we lose no thump at all in the run game. Do they have a handle on the D calls though? Legit question.

i'm sure they falter in that category compared to Worrilow...but at least they'd have the headset in their ear...compared to trying' at affix another set of legs to Worrilow. i CANNOT described how pi$$ed i was at Moore and Worrilow play in coverage last nite...angry.png
