At The End Of The Day, You're 5-1 And We're 2-4...

Recommended Posts

Falcons faced a desperate team last night and it showed. Saints played well on both sides of the ball and the Falcons couldn't seem to help themselves. All is not lost my friends. Quinn and staff will sit down and learn from this and make the team better. 10 days before the next game will do both teams good.

Congrats on the good season so far. And a big thank you to all the fans that made the trip! There were tons of Atlanta fans there. See you week 17 fellas!

We can fix our terribly untalented defense? WRONG. We are going to have to go the rest of the way with this sorry *** front 7.

Mediocre Matt doesn't seem like he's gonna wake up anytime soon.

There won't be much fixing until the offseason. If we make the playoffs just brace yourself for the embarrassment on national TV again.

Thanks. But you forgot to include the officials picking up a flag on a very clear horse collar, the extreme difference in the number of penalties called against the Falcons, and the blocked punt that was almost identical to the one in 2006 on the night they honor Gleason. It's just too convenient.

This team will look much better the next time they take the field.

There will be a lot of fixing over the next few weeks. Falcons are 6 weeks into new schemes on both sides of the ball.

And the playoffs are a long ways away.

A couple of plays dont go the teams way.. And we are easily 2-4

Which doesn't change my point at all.

So the game was fixed?

If you believe that, why watch?

Because I didn't think that way until last night. It has me taking a second look though about my future investment of time.

You're a Falcon fan, so you only see missed calls on your side. What about the hold on Kikaha on his sack? What about the PI on Julio on the long bomb, where he mugged Breuax to keep him away from the ball?

Personally, I was happy for 9 penalties last night. Penalty flags have become an epidemic this season. I was happy to not see on every other play.

Lol uncle aunt....

Those 2 fumbles were huge on the outcome, which the turnover battle is usually a good indicator of the winner. I pretty much felt this coming honestly, so I'm not at all surprised. We can and will do better so I'm not down, and aside from the fumble coleman looked **** good.

Yall got you a good one in kikaha.

You can always point to certain plays that would change a game. More so when they're turnovers. One might say if Watson doesn't drop that pass before half, we might score again. The Stone fumble had nothing to do with the Saints, but Coleman got hit pretty good and the ball popped out. I'm not even going to discuss the blocked punt, like it had nothing to do with the Saints. I didn't hear anything about fumbles when Colston was fumbling the ball in OT last year.

Kikaha is relentless. Not all that special athletically, but his motor simply doesn't stop.
