birdz4i
yeah, i mean i m sure quinn told teco to fumble on the ten, or told the punt team to give up a block and touchdown. or for dimarco to run in to matt on that fourth down play. or for stone to snap it to himself. man, ya ll are ridiculous with some this ****. DUB
I feel all the frustration and I am pissed but the end game is the SB and we are still on track for that. I'll take being swept by these clowns if at the end of the the tourney we get to watch the Atlanta Falcons hoist up the Lombardi

FentayeJones
It seems like a cop out say we lost because Quinn didn't take the rivalry serious. I don't buy that at as the reason the team lost. There were a lot of reasons for the lost and that wasn't one of them. capologist
Wow, some of you guys need to take a step back and breathe. Yeah, we lost but as others have mentioned, we shot ourselves in the foot. You can't have a special teams breakdown like we did, turn the ball over in the red zone like we did, consistently have crappy snaps like Stone did on the road in a rivalry game and expect to win. The fact we were only 1 score down at halftime was amazing to me. Some games, it's just not going to be your night...

Stupid mistakes and Ryan making poor decision after poor decision. I truly hope that Shanahan gets on matts arse about his rookie like behavior over the past few games. Brehus
Coleman needs to stay on the bench unless Freeman needs a breather. Falcons have a top 5 back so there is no reason to incorporate a RBBC approach.
birdz4i
That's wierd, because Matt Ryan as a starter has won 5 games against the Saints.don't forget payton was suspended.
Falconjerome
i disagree that Quinn didn't take it serious. It was more the players didn't take it serious or maybe they just let the 5-0 hype get to their head. I think what it was too, we finally played a good team and they showed us that we were not as good as our record said we were just like they are not as bad as their record showed. I truly hope that Shanahan gets on matts arse about his rookie like behavior over the past few games.Wins blind people on just how sloppy this team has looked, minus the Houston game. Maybe we should cut back on the Tupac music and focus more on snapping the ball (how a C gets into the NFL, not knowing how to snap a ball, is beyond me. Only Dimitrioff would bring in someone like that), holding on to the ball and blocking on punts. No more music and all that nonsense, when the team can't stay focused. KRUNKuno
Gotta commend Quinn for that Cooks challenge. I did not see the ball hit the ground. Great job by the coaching staff on that one.The rhetoric leading up to the game has nothing to do with how we played on the field. Quinn's rhetoric did not turn the ball over in the opponent's territory 3 times...Quinn didnt make Hagemen jump offsides on 4th down.Quinn took the game seriously as evidenced by going for it on 4th down on our 1st drive.Just because he didnt spew some Rex Ryan mumbo jumbo about hating the rival blah blah blah doesnt mean he didnt take it seriously.Do you hear Belichek talking like that? Your coach shouldn't change his attitude based on the opponent.

Belichick doesn't act like a different person when the Patriots play the Colts. Nope, every game is the same. That's exactly how a coach has to treat them. We did not finally play a good team. Saints aren't all the sudden good this year because they beat us.
