Finally Posted October 15, 2015 Share Posted October 15, 2015 Not for me, the 80's and early 90's were a long suffering time and no single season success makes up for the years of misery during that Era.Well I guess the good news seems to be the misery for you has abated. Mine hasn't. In fact, I think getting so close you can taste it might actually be worse. While some people thought we got over a milestone in 2012 I began impatiently waiting for Smitty to be shown the door. He did a lot of good for our team but it wasn't enough. They get Minnesota & the 49ers where we have to travel to Seattle and play Green Bay. Hopefully their head coach starts showing signs of being a rookie head coach and they start dropping some games they shouldn't as the year progresses. Even their attempts to insult visiting opponent fans should be an embarrassment enough to shut that place down.
