Da Bird is Da Word
That Matt Ryan is beyond reproach. Is it incredibly stupid to say that we need to replace Ryan with another QB? Yes. But no one here, even the most avid Ryan fans, are going around saying that you can never criticize him. He played like **** for a good majority of the game today. I was cursing him under my breath a couple times today. But you whiny little b-tches starting threads mocking people with thread titles like "Ryan beyond reproach" bla bla bla...well, you guys are just that. Whiny little b-tches, and your opinions won't really be respected because you JUMPED at the opportunity to act like Matt is some horrible QB just because he was playing like sh-t. He did go on to lead our team down the field in the final two minutes on a clutch touchdown drive that would save the game, so you don't really look too smart when it's all said and done.I've said my peace. Matt isn't perfect and he isn't beyond reproach. It's still fair to criticize him even now and it is important for him to play better next week. That's a valid talking point going into our Thursday night game. The point is, don't be a whiny little b'tch about it. Don't have a victim complex about your freaking opinions. Lornoth
He had a rough day, but so did our pass blocking. That's not a coincidence. Not really having JJ or Hank for a lot of the game didn't help either. Everyone has bad games though. People should be more happy that we can win without him playing perfectly, because we couldn't the last two years.
Falcon Fantom
He definitely had a rough day but he was matty ice at the end. The difference in this team is that they actually have a defense that can make stops and give him the ball back.
Guest Mr Plow
It's the freaking NFL. On any given Sunday any team can beat any team. That is the way it is Jack. However, we are good enough that even on any given Sunday, when we should have lost .... WE WON ... and we won because our QB brought us down the field and scored a touchdown when it mattered most.
