Kayoh
I just went back and watched the Cowboys game. Stupar is stupendous. He's excellent at setting the edge against the run, covers reasonably well and I saw him hit Weeden at least once on a blitz. I know everybody is anticipating Reed's return but I'm actually kind of worried that he'll be a downgrade from what we've been getting from Stupar these last couple games. I know guys aren't supposed to be able to lose their jobs to injury but Stupar is playing better in these last two games than just about any two game stretch in Brooks Reed's career, save for maybe an instance or two in 2011 when he was a rookie. kiwifalcon
Time will tell.I'll say this its good headache to have for the coaching staff.
spanish_falcon
Yes, he´s really strong at the point of attack and sets the edge really good. Want to see him getting more snaps
Talen Kylon
Stupar has been a man out there handling his business.
vel
Different regime my man, if you deserve snaps, you'll get snaps. Stuplyfe was balling Sunday too.
FentayeJones
Hard to believe Stupar only got 3 defensive snaps last year. Its almost criminal that Smitty and Nolan didnt play him more. primetime
Agree but I'd say Bartu is on the bubble with reeds return. This regime plays guys who make plays and drops those who arnt. Kinda refreshing
raysnill1
Stupar is balling but Reed ain't no downgrade whatsoever. we got the most worried fans in the league lol.
RunningThePiszOuttaTheBall
Yeah, after game 2 I was impressed that Stupar could do pretty good in limited snaps, while primarily focusing on special teams. But after game 3, I now think of Stupar as a solid (and dam good) defensive player. If he can keep it up, then he's outgrown the "special teamer" role. Faithful Falcon
He has been good, even in the preseason. I keep on forgetting about him. I haven't seen much of Reed, and every time Stupar makes a play, I think it's Reed.
AmaZze
I love Stupar for his energy. Dude is always hyped on the sidelines and his passion comes out when he is on the field. Love players like that. Edited October 1, 2015 by AmaZze
gazoo
Yet another talented player dusted off and put on the field to impress. That said, we had so much talent at linebacker last year we really couldn't have used another good one /purple
YoungHeezy
I wil say he showed up on special teams a lot more last season. Don't think I've seen him on a tackle so far.
Da_Truth
Can Stupar play middle LB? He's faster, a better tackler, and sheds block than Worrilow. I know this won't sit well with some of you, but Worrilow looks to be the weak link in the LB corp.
RING OF HONOR
I agree....he is really easy to notice...his play really stands out...
DMT11
Worrilow and Stupar are weak links when there being targeted like Worrilow gets targeted, this defense tries to take away the run and the deep ball - so lots on the LBs to clean up stuff - MLB are not going to cover slot rec getting there yards sometimes - Worrilow is actually playing well but the mLb in this scheme is at a disadvantage, that doesnt mean we coulndt use a faster MLB no doubt it would help - like Seattle - there MLB is very fast for a MLB
The Real Tony G.
If you want to upgrade Worrilow with a top pick or FA, cool, that's your prerogative. If you wanna replace Worrilow with Stupar, you're simply a hater with an agenda.
Guest Dirty Bird Nation ®
Does anyone have a video of the tackle he made where afterwards he went crazy and started screaming.

I think I kind of dismissed him when he came because he was the latest from Jacksonville, wasn't he? And the name. But I noticed his play after he made it past Special Teams. This team is proving itself to be efficient.

HEIST
If we're putting our 3 best LBs out there I think it should be Durant, Reed, Stupar. Stupar seems to be better in pass coverage than Worrilow. please
