RunningThePiszOuttaTheBall
When you look at the Eagles and Giants, you can see some obvious flaws. Likewise, when you look at us, you can see some obvious flaws (running game not quite going full steam, 3rd quarter lulls, big stretches where we play poorly, etc.).The Cowboys aren't perfect, but their flaws are not as big and obvious. This is the best overall team we've played so far.A good overall team can often overcome some injuries (even to marquee players). We're going to have our hands full. We need to put together a more complete game than we have thus far, both because we need progress, and because it may take that to get the W. RunningThePiszOuttaTheBall
You gotta remember how badly the Eagles had us on the ropes in the 2nd half. It shows we have our weaknesses. He11 yeah, we still got the Win, because we are RELENTLESS.Still, relentlessness won't always be enough to overcome our weaknesses. And I think we're about to get our strongest test yet.(If I'm wrong and we destroy them, I'll be thrilled. But I see a hard core battle coming up). southernscot
Thanks to Tony Romo's injury, the Cowboys are now flawed at the most important position on the field — quarterback. Quite frankly, Brandon Weeden is an awful QB. Hard to picture Dallas being able to move the ball consistently and putting together 12-play, 80-yard drives. As long as Falcons do not commit turnovers Sunday and give Dallas extra chances, we should be fine.
AF89
If their O-line mauls us all game and McFadden and Randel go off, we will be in trouble.This. I think we still win but not before everyone starts pulling their hair out with "same old falcons" and "it's Brandon freaking Weedon rabble rabble rabble" threads. Cowboys still have enough talent to get some plays off on us on BOTH sides of the ball. Not a gimme game at all.
AF89
If Trent Diller and Doug Johnson can make whole superbowl runs just using their defense and olines (beating multiple quality teams along the way) why can't Brandon Weeden simply beat one definitely flawed Falcon team in his own building? Oldskooler
Dude its a backup qbIn the 1980 playoff game against Dallas, we had a big lead and we knocked Roger Staubach out of the game.Their punter came in to play QB.Their PUNTER!!! led them to a furious 4th quarter comeback victory.Their head coach, Jason Garrett, led Dallas to a Thanksgiving win over a heavily favored Redskins team.Your statement was idiotic. falcndave
They can't run the ball either and the giants outplayed themActually, the Giants were completely manhandled by Dallas. Three turnovers was really the entirety of the Giants production. Beckham got nothing against them. Dallas put up 436 in total offense and gave up under 300. By contrast, we gave up almost 100 more yards.Through two games with common opponents, our offensive production is 1 yard more than Dallas'. However, our defense has given up 272 more yards. Bring It
Dude its a backup qb Uhh......that's what they said about Tom Brady in 2001 when he stepped in for an injured Drew Bledsoe. He was nothing but a skinny 2nd year backup with zero experience. Beware of the human spirit.
MilleniumFalcon
They have a good defense and will be the hardest challenge for the Falcons offense but this should be the easiest test for the Falcons defense.

MD-FalconFan13
People are hilarious. How is a team playing a back up QB NOT flawed? Let's forget that the Giants outplayed them then gave the game away. We TOOK the game from the Giants. Big difference. All this Cowboys talk. Like we didn't stand a chance if they were healthy. 😂This will be over quick, trust me. Weeden will throw a few picks and as long as the O line protects Matt will score, alot. Who checks Ju???FALCONS WIN! Edited September 25, 2015 by MD-FalconFan13

likeriver
If their O-line mauls us all game and McFadden and Randel go off, we will be in trouble. Our O-line played better against the Eagles D than the Cowboys O-line did. Unless their OL suddenly dropped off this season it's a pretty good indication that we have good protection. Of course the Cowboys D may be better than the Eagles D Edited September 25, 2015 by likeriver
