Falcon@Denmark
.. Anyone can predict the outcome of this season. This is the second game in a row, we could easily have lost but somehow the Falcons found a way to win again. We've seen our team struggle, but they never quit - I credit Dan Quinn! A few more games like this, and the players are going to start to believe, that they can't lose ..Go Falcons!
paulitik
The finish in this team is fantastic. Very reminiscent of the 08-12 Falcons. Unfortunately the tackling and 3rd quarter play is too.
GleasonForever!
2 straight games defense ended the game for us.

Butudontseeme™
These games hinge on explosive plays. We looked dead until Kroy had the strip sack, just like the Giants did until OBJ had the long TD. Our Falcons need to find ways to make more of these kinds of plays, particularly on defense. FentayeJones
We have yet to play a complete game but we re finishing though. I think considering the fact that we have a rookie HC and a new offensive and defensive scheme, we are doing quite well. The team is making plays when it counts. KRUNKuno
Well at least 0-16 isn't staring us in the face

Kayoh
This team is looking SO MUCH like that 2012 team that we were all so excited about. We weren't dominating teams but we were winning. That year we went 9-0 (10-0?) to start the season and all you ever heard about was how we were the worst 9-0 (10-0?) team ever because a bunch of our wins were considered "lucky". Hokies&Falcons
You're right. Winning and losing can both become habits. It's great that we have found a way to win the last two games.
Falcon@Denmark
I just don't know what to believe ..The team is so inconsistent, but somehow they manage to win anyway.
falcndave
Now it is time for the analysis from Football Outsiders which reveals that continually winning close games is not sustainable...regression to the mean is immanent. No one told Matty Ice. I think he has consistently beat the NFL average for being able to get games tied or won when he has the ball in his hands and is down a score or less in the last two minutes. The Shotfather
Pretty much the same team we have been for the last 7 years, just a new guy wearing the headset.

AREA 51
I have to admit last week I was sure Mike Smith was still the coach, especially with the second half lethargy that hangs around like herpes and the Falcons having to hang on to win a game that should not have been so hard to do. Yet, this week I saw more creative plays and a second half of football much better than last week. Here is hoping to see continued improvement in these areas. fuego
If Mike Smith were still here we would have played for the FG to tie. Thank goodness for a different philosophy now.
