We have a lot of Wr, but I guess they felt we needed another. I'm confused as to who will play FB if DiMarco gets injured. Shanahan used DiMarco quite a bit against the Eagles and I expect he wants to always use a FB a decent amount. Mooney got injured and he is the only one who even started learning this system.

the defense has a long way to go but I was impressed. it was so refreshing seeing guys swarm to the ball. case in point, on that -8 yard run by Murray, Babs was chop blocked to the ground but jumped back up and was the first to get to Murray after Scho missed the tackle. I see now, if we can stop the run every game like we did against the Eagles, we aren't allowing anything deep to happen, so the sacks will come. we just gotta work on the tackling

The more I look at the game tape. I realize that Bradford was leaving zero time for sacks. We were right there on many attempts. We may have a long ways to go but if we're not playing a quick shot offense, he goes down at least 3 or 4 times.

he was getting blasted and I agree, against another offense we would have had at least 4 sacks

Check out this crap. I guess I need to see it again, but I thought Mathews was no longer defenseless when Moore hit him.

Atlanta Falcons strong safety William Moore told me he was fined more than $23,000 for his hit on Eagles receiver Jordan Matthews during Monday night's game. He plans to appeal. Moore received a warning letter from the NFL last season about his numerous illegal hits.

I swear man, the nfl is beginning to remind me of our government. Out of control and power hungry. Dude made a legal hit there all in the flow of the play.

It's good to see Mo back out there getting after it. He got himself a pic on a nice read and that'll surely get his juices flowing again.

The cool thing is we have two pick this year already. One for each of our starting Safeties.

I'm sorry guys but it was a helmet to helmet hit, had nothing to do with him being defenseless. they gonna get you for that everytime in today's NFL

That's exactly why they went to the dink and dunk. Bradford was getting killed even though we didn't sack him. The best way to beat a pass rush is to give them nothing to rush at.

I was about to say the same thing. It was helmet-to-helmet, and even though it didn't draw a flag in live action, it looked pretty brutal on replay.

With Moore being a repeat offender, I'm not surprised he got fined.

That's just the reality of today's NFL after all these concussions.

I love Willy Mo, but that was a Helmet to Helmet hit. I knew they were going to fine him.

So we're just going to ignore the fact that we're signing a receiver when we have Dropsies Magee Hardy who cant even find a way to be active on gameday?

I liked Byrd in college as well. Good pickup even if just for depth. Gotta love how the new regime refuses to be satisfied.

The second best way to beat a pass rush is to let them push hard for three or four seconds and then make them get back to do it again 20 seconds later. Their pace was furious and even though we're deep on the DL, our guys were gassed. That drive at the beginning of the fourth quarter was strategically significant as the plays made at the end of the game.
