JRid
Nick O'Leary - TE - Free Agent Bills waived TE Nick O'Leary. A short-armed sixth-round pick with 4.93 speed, O'Leary isn't an NFL-caliber player. Perhaps the Bills will stash O'Leary on their practice squad. WKBW Buffalo's Joe Buscaglia believes sixth-round TE Nick O'Leary "would likely have been released by now" if he wasn't a draft pick. Per Buscaglia, O'Leary "could be confused with any of the undrafted free agents on the roster" at Bills camp. He's currently behind Charles Clay, MarQuies Gray, Matthew Mulligan, and Chris Gragg on the depth chart. Small, short armed, and slow, O'Leary might not even make it onto Buffalo's practice squad. Knight of God
Have to grab him up and develop him. This guy could set us up good for years learning under Shanahan and Tamme.http://www.nfldraftscout.com/ratings/dsprofile.php?pyid=119326&draftyear=2015&genpos=TE

AndySG
Behind Maxx I wasn't a fan of the tight end class last year. There were people touting him on day two, though. If he doesn't have speed or a catch radius he's in trouble.
wleggett
This is a guy that a lot of folks around here wanted in the second roundI wanted him but never said anything about the second. I was thinking much later like around 5th. He made some good plays at FSU.
Andre5000
I thought he was wildly over-rated coming out of FSU.. But didnt know he would just totally suck. LOL

Atlantafan21
Arguably had the best hands coming out of college. Too bad he doesn't have the size or arm length to really have a chance. Edited September 8, 2015 by Atlantafan21

hjerry
He's just not any good. Right now, he's not even PS fodder caliber
HASHBROWN3
No way. No speed. Most LBers are much faster. Want longer arms to reach out in space and pluck in traffic. I really do prefer a TE who owns the seam. Was it him I heard was arrogant too?
Romfal
He's just not any good. Right now, he's not even PS fodder calibertoo small, too slow and not very athletic either. Like I said above, if he can block, maybe a home at FB.

It was reported that he rubbed a lot of teams the wrong way in pre-draft interviews. Edited September 9, 2015 by FentayeJones
