How Soon Until Asa Is Traded Or Released?

It costs more to cut him or trade him than it does to keep him in 2015.


Cap Hit: $4,268,750

Dead Cap if cut or traded: $5,200,000

We might keep him around and have some nice depth in the interior OL for a change.

Nope, it would be split with only this year's bonus money counting this season and the rest next season...

If it ain't Hawley, it's Asamoah

Maybe it's because he was far and away our best lineman last year. When our line is as bad as it is then people are loathe to get rid of good players just because they are struggling to adjust to a new scheme. Hawley is average at best but Asamoah is definitely above average based on last years form. Name me another lineman on our team who is above average ($hit I'd even take average).
