To be fair Tuggle, I am not attacking anyone. I am just trying to talk about a play and discuss what Quinn said about Competition for the LG and C spot. When I do talk about these things, I get called names and said I am going on a romantic getaway with a player. How is that not attacking me?

All you do is attack people... like non-stop, over and over and over. Then throw a freaking hissy fit when someone gives it back. If you're going to do the former, you need to thicken your "mark" skin up and learn to take the later.

I was just reviewing the play where Williams got the safety and I saw exactly what the O-line and TE were suppose to do.

First sentence and you've already undermined your point. Even if your understanding of the game was at the level of an NFL Coordinator (Which let's face it, it probably isn't) you still can't say with certainly what the play call was from just watching the tape as an outsider. The effort's you've put in to defend your guy is commendable, and your arguement itself is plausible, but I also think sometimes the obvious answer (Stone was at fault) is also the right one!

Seriously?? I just wrote, in detail, that the reason people don't show you any respect on the board is because of the way you attack everyone. Someone disagrees with you, you call them a "mark" and a Hawley lover, then they defend themselves and you start playing the victim and whining that everyone is attacking you.

If you responded to the people that disagree with you by saying "I respect your opinion but I disagree with you" I GUARANTEE you would remove 90% of the trash talk headed in your direction. But you won't do that, you keep making excuses about why you're the victim here and everyone is just piling on you. You're just simply not self-aware and it won't improve until you understand that YOU are causing this problem, not everyone else.

He doesn't care man. He may not be a troll, but dudes been trolling every time Hawley or Stone gets brought up in any thread. He throws a hissy fit in every thread regarding these two players. It is weird obsession very similar to the Ravens fan obsessed with Matt Ryan.

According to the oft hated J Dukes on 92.9 just this morning. he pretty much echoed R's explanation of the LG doing everything right as far as sliding and sticking his left arm out towards the rusher (he had a specific term for extending left arm, cant remember tho) except he didnt put it on the TE or LT, he put it on the RB saying the RB missed the block or chip.

You're trying to hard and a perfect example of why actual football talk can not be discussed on these boards. You attack me and anyone else who isn't a Hawley fan. Sorry man, people can have their own opinions.

Wait.

"anyone else who isn't a Hawley fan"? How can that be? You say CONSTANTLY that ALL of us are Hawley "marks".

It's not my fault that Hawley is the greatest, the best C to lace up cleats.

It's not my fault that Hawley's bust is already in Canton, waiting for the big day.

It's not my fault you hitched your broken 3-wheeled wagon to an undrafted disaster whose string of penalties and whiff-blocks kill drives and allow safeties.

Might as well face it: The Beard is love; The Beard is life.

If we wanted our UDFA RB to be the only thing between Leonard Williams and our QB then Kyle isn't the guy I thought he was. lol

See exactly, a Man who gets paid to talk about Football UNLIKE YOU, is all of the sudden a MORON who doesn't know football. This is the biggest amount of troll I have ever seen. Jamie Dukes is stating exactly what I said and of course, he is WRONG to everyone here.

Admins I am not the issue here. Everyone else wants to egg it on egg it on egg it on. They are trolling, not me. I am stating facts and observation. If people can't handle it, than simply read another topic. Read topics about how Sean Weatherspoon is missed or Corey Peters was a HUGE loss in Free Agency. If you don't like what I put out with the evidence I put out, than don't read it. I also would like the people to respect others such as Jamie Dukes when he observes the same play and realize that, OH WAIT, maybe there is something to it.

Do you guys need Dan Quinn to talk to you all like kids in the first grade so you can understand it clearly? You guys are so one sided and think you're right so much, that even when Dan Quinn says something, its NOT true. Even when Jamie Dukes says something, its NOT TRUE.

I on the other hand listen to Dan Quinn and also notice patterns and ways he operates this team. I notice the players he brings in. I notice the style he wants to play at. I notice the differences he has with Smith and the players Smith brought in. Those are all things that are important to me. I am sorry it's not to you and think any guy drafted in the 4th round should be the replacement for Todd McClure NO MATTER WHAT

Getting paid makes you professional, not an expert, as football professionals constantly remind us. Do you disagree that blocking the best defender in the draft this year with an UDFA RB is a bad idea?

J Dukes said since it was a blitz the play wudve been a quick release so the RB wudve been able to defend the rusher just long enuf for the QB to make a play...just sayin!

Maybe maybe not. I've seen guys like Williams not get slowed down at all by RB's.Yates would have certainly only had time for 1 read. I just don't see them going PA on the goalline intending to not block a Dlineman with an Olineman.

Are you going to discredit Jamie Dukes knowledge for football? Since you know more than him obviously. How many years had the NFL been paying you? They should make you commissioner.

Jamie Dukes has College and NFL experience as a player and broadcaster for most of his life. You have not amounted to anything in the NFL as Jamie Dukes has and you want to tell him whats right or wrong.....

And believe it or not, YES Running backs do have to chip or get in front of defensive linemen. UNREAL ISNT IT. We have only seen Jacquizz Rodgers do it his whole time as a Falcon.

Oh no, I forgot, you're right. I mean the coaches should of known EXACTLY where Williams was going to be lined up and know EXACTLY where he was rushing the lane. How dare the Falcons staff rely on a UDFA RB to chip or get in front of him. I mean the Falcons know where every defender is going to line up anyways, RIGHT?

In fact, I am not going to carry on with this. Just remember this. I saw a movie not too long ago called Jurassic Park, the first one. There was a character in the movie who was a CHAOS theory specialist. He predicted everything that was going to happen to Jurassic Park but no one wanted to listen to him because of his delivery. OH NO my poor eyes and ears can't handle your DELIVERY. OH MY GOD. WHAT SHALL I DO??

Guess what, I won't change, you don't change, just listen and see the results. I sympathize with that guy, because any outside the box thinker, anyone who doesn't follow the sheep, are torn to pieces here.

True, could have just been a throwaway. Kind of mean to subject Yates to that though lol.

Like I said on page one, nobody has any idea at the end of the day. I'd suspect Yates messed up before anyone else though.
