Sun Tzu 7
Here's my observation....They can go ahead and cut Konz.I can't tell you how many times when I asked myself 'what happened on that play?' The answer was, 'oh it was Konz.'1 preseason game but he looks like he regressed. If he ever sees the field in a regular season game we're in trouble. jdawg4876
16. winning turnover battle anytime you force a team to turn the ball over 3 times and score on defense you will win 90 percent of the time, and that is what happened. plus we caused another fumble on the kick off if you asked me
Door Gunner
Refreshing Post. Only see it from a few. Most of what I see is usually loaded down with favoritism and is heavily Biased. Nicely done.

Nicely done.we def have a lot to work on but im honest, konz and yates are garbage, I see potential in collins but will take over a yr, and grady jarret did nothing to impress me so far. I say the good with the bad im just honest

JDaveG
Starr failed to set the edge though on the Mcluster run.According to the announcer that was Jalen Collins with contain on that play. Lewan folded Collins up like a lawn chair (and I was generally more pleased than most about Collins' play yesterday).
RunningThePiszOuttaTheBall
6. Jalen Collins- Got beat like a drum yes, but its not from a lack of skill, he also flashed a couple of times and was not afraid to take on a rb. he is a project but a project that I think will pan out. That is right on the money. He was *so close* a couple of times. Like when he gave up the TD ... he swatted the ball out but it was too late. And on several passes, he was right there but just didn't play the ball well (though he got beat a good bit too). And I saw him make a great tackle on a running play.So you can definitely see the potential, even on an overall bad night.

If you don't have anything bad to say about Starr then you should just zip it.

kiwifalcon
Collins is actually gonna be a joy to watch. Much like alford he is gonna definitely have his share of ups and downs. Interested in seeing which he has more of.This what really disappoints me about this board.Fans don't seem to want to accept that players develop at different rates and regardless of where they are drafted they will take time an take there lumps along the way.I See much the same with Collins the fact that he was drafted 2nd rounder alot round here are expecting a 2nd or 3rd year player but as above fail to realise that these guys have to learn there craft and that takes time. kiwifalcon
i dont know if this is an agreement or disagreement lolAgree totally BUT alot on here will ever doubt he'll be any good because of his draft position an the learning rate when he struggles like all rookies do. papachaz
i dont know if this is an agreement or disagreement lolalmost like he wants to swing both ways...............I do agree though, Collins needs time! everything written about him has included "raw" and "undeveloped" he has some natural gifts, that need to be trained to do what he needs to do with them. It's really that simple IMO
ryanadonis
Lol the sack Hawley "gave up" was because Yates held the ball for eternity and the DE actually got him first. That's all well but it was the pressure Hawley gave up that made Yates bring the ball down to eventually get sacked by the DE's. As an interior player, you can't get knocked back in the QB. That's about as bad as giving up a sack if your back peddling to a bull rush. ryanadonis
I had to watch that 1st one to make sure he didn't trip or something. I have no idea how a man that big can get ragdolled like that.A man that big? It's because the guys he is going against are twice his size. Hawley is a small man in the NFL, and an average sized man for regular human standards.
