Justin Hardy Is The Future

Recommended Posts

Yates was killing him with all the throws behind him, and he was still getting his hands on the ball.

Imagine what he'd look like with Matt throwing to him.

Agreed. Expectations are high, but with Ryan throwing the ball, Hardy will meet and exceed them.

Like it.He's a very steady type of WR.

Only thing that scares me as a fan is that the addition of he and Hank seems to have scared off Hester. Like Hester may seriously be cut if he doesn't get his mind back in the game and try to contribute anyway. Still like him as a gadget guy on offense and everyone knows what he brings on ST.

Mash...are you just going to ignore that he had TJ Yates throwing to him, are you going to ignore that its his first pre season game, are you going to ignore that even the greats can't haul them all in?

Take off haterade goggles.

went threw his hands, fumbled the ball. Bash Yates all you want. But if you can put your fingers on it, you should be able to catch it. End of story.

if you are counting the one play where yates threw the ball 2 yds behind him and almost got him decapitated then I dont know what to say. yates was so scared to throw an interception he was basically throwing it into the ground

Nick Williams looked pretty good to me. I'm sure Hester would also take some slot snaps when he is back from injury

Nick is slick, decent hands. When he got signed I was surprised....because it means Shanahan must like him enough to bring him to the Falcons considering he was the one that put him on a roster to begin with.

from an article just posted

Hardy was used in the slot Friday night against the Titans as he had three catches for 41 yards. (ESPN)

Fantasy Impact: Hardy was targeted all over the field as he competes for the coveted third WR spot in this offense with Leonard Hankerson and Devin Hester. In his first action, Hardy looked as advertised. Keep an eye on him the rest of this preseason as he could get consistent looks and playing time versus second-team defenses.
