Mega Flare
Is this the same as 2014 AFC Champions?Nope. Sounds like a team that lost the AFCCG.

bigbabygrady
Champions of the whole conference is worth mentioning on that level....IMHO.agreed, conference champion is at least something. conference champion finalist is like nothing at all
raysnill1
I'm pretty sure that it was determined that he wasn't waiving no catch....yep, he was doing the baseball 'safe' signal. not the right time to do it and it was a little weird but not necessarily wrong

SyCo
Your interpretation of how he looked is cool with me...LOL...I was informing you on what he meant as opposed to what you'd said earlier. And that's cool too. but there's a difference between what he meant, and what he did. I never felt like he was actually trying to get the ref to call no catch. ..unless he had some money on the game lol. the fact that he was throwing out baseball signs on the sideline of his very own football team just raises that doofus level. I'd say he's somewhere between John candy, and Chevy chase, on the internationally recognized doofus scale

If you had called Mike Smith a doofus and used the time outs from last year as an example...we wouldn't be having a conversation.
atlking
Two points:1. What the Colts did was hang a banner commemorating themselves as the "NFL Finalists", not NFC, for a game in which they lost rather badly.2. Well, the Falcons DID WIN the NFC Championship that season. You didn't see any banners boasting about simply playing in Super Bowl XXXIII.Lucas oil field rafters:Georgia Dome rafters: Edited August 10, 2015 by atlking
Tuggle'2
What answer do reporters actually expect the owner of the team to say?"Oh naw, it's cool". lol

notthatcool
I never thought I would see Auburn win a NC, and was fortune enough to go to Phoenix to see that dream become reality. My wife and I were making plans to go to New Orleans in 2012-13 when the Falcons lost to SF in the NFC championship.I would love to see the Falcons, the first team I ever loved, win a SB. I don't care if I'm there or on TV.Would be a dream come true and a nice bow on the two teams I love.

AtlantaFalconPokerPro
Blanks biggest achievement is doubling the value of the team. Getting tired of him bragging about having a winning record in back to back seasons. The city aka tax payers are on the hook for the new stadium. Also haven't forgotten how he handled the Smith firing.
