JayOzOne
I'm trying to contain my outlook about our defense. But if we can get Clayborn and Shede to play wrecking ball on the inside of the line, that makes everything better everywhere else.

rollo lawson
Clayborn wasn't half bad in TB. Maponga just needed some good coaching.
rollo lawson
If Chuck and Quinn can't make them into players, they don't need to be on the roster. What is Maponga's position anyway.
xSICKxWITHxITx
Maponga has the talent he just needed the teaching and needs to play and learn.Old regime he didn't get any. If he gets a shot with the new coaching staff he has a chance to be a good role player for us.AC is pretty solid just needs to stay healthy. vel
I honestly wouldn't be surprised. He had 7.5 sacks as a rookie. He got hurt, then had 5.5 in his third year, only to get hurt again. It's not a matter of talent. It's health. If healthy, I think Clayborn will be a very good player for us. Especially being allowed to shift inside and hunt QBs with Hageman. The guy working on his craft and getting good matchups inside ..... The guy just need to be healthy .... He is not bennett ... But that type of role would be nice for him... Thats the type of role the Bucs wanted for him but he was injured last year

Thats the type of role the Bucs wanted for him but he was injured last yearI think he can replicate what Bennett gives to the Seahawks honestly. Bennett's only given them 15.5 sacks in two seasons. It's the versatility that makes his impact larger. Clayborn can play that role as you pointed out. He just has to stay healthy for a change.
