I Even Bleed Red
I know this will get moved but this is bigger news than it has been. It's a move in the NFL that needed to happen. The Cardinals got my vote to cheer for em to win the NFCW. http://www.nfl.com/news/story/0ap3000000504141/article/cards-hire-jen-welter-as-first-female-assistant-coach
BigMikey
Good signing. Technique and Xs and Os have nothing to do with gender. But isn't she the woman who got those goal line carries for some semi-pro team and got tossed around like a chew toy? That was hard to watch. AT the 15 second mark of this vid, she got hit soo hard, she flew halfway across the field, the ENTIRE stadium gasped..........lmao Edited July 28, 2015 by atlking

Lornoth
I've always liked the Cards as an organization. It'll be interesting to see how that goes for them, it would be great if this became more common.
GeorgiaBoyz
Wow that video is sick! I don't get it. I'm glad its the Cardinals instead of us. I bet those guys who were hitting her are abusive. 😂😂😂

zekeyboy1
They couldn't let the NBA get all of the glory...Now Ima just sit back and wait until a brother has an argument with her on the sidelines(which happens all the time in the NFL)..Talking about making the headlines.... It's like a song on the radio you like when you first hear it, then a month later you ****ing hate it because you've heard it 17 times a day for the last 4 weeks. The amount of overcelebrating for every little thing she does right and the excuses made on her behalf if the Cards' LBs blow will be a nightmare. MoFalconsFan56
Man my brother in law worked in the nba. Said you can't show an ounce of fear in those locker rooms or theyll call your bluff in a heart beat. This woman better have balls of steel and they better not have a losing streak at ANY point of the season or she's gone. Chewed up and spit out just like her goal line runs.I am all for gender equality but this isn't just a normal job. You're coaching warriors. That said good luck to her. MoFalconsFan56
I would have more respect for this if it wasn't a blatant PR move too. Just so happens they do it right after San Antonio. Difference is it'll actually WORK in the nba

Media that would normally be all about equitable treatment (in this case normal heated exchanges on the sideline between coaches) would immediately find a bunch of PC-sounding reasons to crucify the guy. Not her fault and not his. Just they way it'll probably be.

RHEC
I would be more impressed if a woman gets a better position within football, like OC, DC, HC, etc.
