Vandy
That's not bad for a rookie.I was thinking the same thing....isn't that what Mack had last year?I'm hoping as a team we get 35 sacks or so.....6-7 from Beasley and Clayborn + a few from Hageman + Jarrett with Babs, Biermann et al filling in with their career averages mixed in with some blitz sacks from Worrilow/Reed/Durant as well. If we do that combined with the talent in our secondary, we could see a huge jump in this team's pass defense from last two seasons. trubirdfan4life
6 sacks would lead the team from last year, 6 for a rookie is putting in work.

Especially with the way Zimmer played him.

Lornoth
6 is pretty **** good for a rookie, I agree. Some people around here are going to be very disappointed if they're expecting double digit sacks year one.

I'll be happy if he is getting constant pressure and causing the QB to make mistakes. I certainly think he'll get those 6 and probably more, if the interior linemen are getting after it. BJ Raji did a lot for Clay Matthews in his rookie year.

And yes, I would be thrilled with 6 sacks from Mr. Beasley in year 1. Edited July 25, 2015 by Vandy

Diesel_Bird
I think people are putting a little to much faith in his first year. I have a feeling he will get pushed around a little. I can live with 6 sacks.

ryanadonis
He will get 8 to 10. 12 will be his max. I would say its safe to say he will get 9 or 10.
Door Gunner
I get what some are saying. However if he's getting the snaps I think he's getting (65% to 75%) from what I have been seeing/reading, then I expect more. He was Drafted to do one thing. Get to the QB, and that's the only thing I have high expectations in from him. Now if he's not on the field that much then my expectations decrease accordingly. He will only get 9 sacks if we cut Stone, and he is picked up by a team we play. I can easily see Beasley getting 9 or 10 sacks in one game stunting up the middle against Sandbag Stone. Unless, like I just said, he is allowed to stunt to the inside against against James "Sandbag" Stone.
