Who Do You Think Will Be Atlanta's Starting Rb Week 1?

Yeah, yeah, it's early but I wanna see what the majority of the board thinks (I plan to revisit this after Preseason and see if the opinions change) also do you think it will change by midseason? or fluctuate during the season (hot hand)? Or carries will be even?

Think Freeman has the huge advantage of being a 2nd year player with Coleman coming in as a rookie. I really don't think it matters though, as they will both be getting a lot of touches.

true and Coleman was hurt during minicamp wasn't he? I don't think it was serious but he did miss some stuff and I just think they'll wanna bring him in a bit slower since it won't be urgent to start him

I cannot recall right now about the injury. If you look at all the news coming out about them though it is all Freeman right now. That might change with camp coming up, but Freeman is impressing everyone and most importantly the HC.

Eh, the whole team shat the bed against the Panties in Week 17. It's hard to judge anyone by how they played in that game.

But in Week 16 against the Aints, Freeman had 5 carries for 36 yards and 1 TD, plus 3 catches for 48 yards.

That game the Oline crumbled under the Panthers front 7. Hard to judge from that game.

New scheme on O. New OC. Where they both have to learn the new system, Freeman has to, in theory, unlearn the things he picked up last year. While not a huge task, I think they go with the fresh face as the starter with a fairly even rotation system though.

I don't see how playing 1 year in the league gives Freeman a HUGE advantage. Not sure who will start but Coleman is a more talented back and should be the starter at the end of the year at the very least. Love Freeman in that change of pace role.
