I absolutely love the Elder Scrolls series (Morrowind is probably my favorite game of all time) but they screwed up with this online bs. The game looks too "cartoony" and hardly represents the masterpieces Bethesda put out in the ES Series. Something about watching the gameplay just makes me hurt inside...

I hope with Fallout coming out in November they can ramp up production on ESVI

Same here, I'm a bigger Fallout fan but also love the Elder Scrolls series (Bethesda being my favorite publisher) but I haven't even touched this one. Maybe if it hadn't taken forever to get to console but now that it finally has it's really lost all momentum it might have had with me earlier. Doesn't even seem like a true Elder Scrolls game just a semi canon mmo.

Lightning struck my house and killed my 12 year old, 25 inch, pos tube TV a few weeks back

Just got a 40 inch Samsung flat screen. Skyrim is a lot more fun now. It's amazing how I can actually see everything on the screen since I upgraded. No more worrying about how many lock picks I have left in my inventory or how much gold I receive for executing a bounty! Yay!! Lol.....

Bro...have I...something about it, still better than Skyrim in many ways.

Yes, absolutely

The music, atmosphere, lore, everything. I even have the soundtrack on my iPod, not ashamed to admit that lol

Plus the modding community have kept improving the graphics and expanded the game so much

Skyrim was and is still one of the best games of the past 15 years IMO, but Morrowind can never be beat. To me, Morrowind is to RPG's what Super Mario 64 was to 3D gaming and gameplay of many games post 1996.. Revolutionary. Hopefully they try to mimic more of "that feel" on the next game

I remember getting ticked off at a friend of mine after Morrowind came out. I had it for the original Xbox and I had just joined the Army, but gotten past the initial training phase so I had the regular freedoms n such to play games in my off time. Well my friend found out I bought Morrowind and took it upon himself to play it every chance he got... like I would walk in the room and he'd already be on it. Every. Single. Time.

It's funny to look back at now... I kicked him out of my room n told him don't come back unless I'm here already. He got all upset cuz I cut his Morrowind time down pretty severely lol

no, i feel i should though haha

Yes, absolutely. The game is timeless

If you can play it on PC go that route, the mods you'll have access to are unbelievable

If you have a console it's still worth it

And since the game has been out since 2002 you can find a copy dirt cheap
