Bernie Sanders supporters are about to feel the same pain of total rejection from the establishment media that Rob Paul supporters know all too well.

Probably so, since the media is tremendously agenda driven these days, passing off opinion as fact like a tabloid newspaper & also wouldn't dare ruffle the feathers of their corporate overlords.

Or maybe because...you know...he doesn't have a snowball's chance in h*** of actually winning the general election, so the party won't waste time making him their nominee.

Most likely,, Like I said he has the grumpy old ma " get off my lawn" deal going on ........ he is going to be more entertaining than Paul ever was.

In fairness, just a few years ago you probably could have said the same about a black guy with the middle name Hussein & a Kenyan father.

As an Independent, there's really not anyone for us to vote for this election. But anyone would be better than Hilary or Trump.

Ehh well so far Sanders seems to be the only real democratic challenger. but the GOP boasts a cavalcade of really scary prospects like Cruz,Santorrum, Carson and others that would truly be worse than trump.

Watched the whole thing twice. I was already liking what I've seen from Sanders, but I'm really excited about the potential of a President who genuinely is looking out for the greater good rather than padding his own pockets and/or ego.

Sadly, he'd probably get offed like Kennedy for not playing ball... Or he'd just be faced with such a log jam due to politicians on the take that he'd never get anything accomplished & despite some fantastic ideas and intentions, he'll ultimately be deemed a failure like Jimmy Carter.

So you want capitalism gone, private industry gone, and the government to own all means of production?

Because that's what the DSA (Democratic Socailists of America) and Bernie Sanders want as their long term goals.

Then we can all enjoy poverty together like every other country that has gone all the way with socialism.

Yeah sure whatever.

Hey y'all, remember when Obama was the authoritarian socialist who was going to turn the USA into a soviet-style communist country?

SB has been so prescient when it comes to predicting the downfall of capitalism!

Didn't you read his hypothesis that corporations are in bed with Obama to make everything socialist?

I truly hope that in his next life, Steve is reincarnated as a Russian citizen in 1920's Russia.

Yeah... I almost wish he and his ilk WERE forced into reeducation camps and had all of their bacon stolen.... just so they could see what reality vs fantasy is.

Then again he would enjoy it because he would say " see I told you"

You do know that the majority to the top 10 countries in the world with the highest standard of living, the happiest citizens, the lowest crime rates, best health care, highest education, etc., etc., etc. all have significant elements of socialism in their governments, right?
