Reports say Lamarcus Aldridge will consider the Hawks in Free Agency

Lakers

Knicks

Mavericks

Spurs

Hawks

If he wants to win then it's between the Mavs, Spurs, and Hawks. Like Aldridge's Portland teams, I think the Mavs have maxed out and won't be winning anything soon. Ginobili and Duncan won't be around much longer but reports say that Aldridge has a lot of admiration for Gregg Popovich.

If Aldridge wants to win now then I think an Eastern Conference team like Atlanta gives him the best chance to win. With Dallas or San Antonio, you'll play against better teams in the 1st round of the playoffs than you would with Atlanta in the East.

With that said, I wouldn't be surprised to see him go to a media center like New York or Los Angeles or back to his home state of Texas.

If Howard can somehow mature by next season, that would be an ultimately scary trio. I don't think he will though, but Rockets getting Aldridge would be a huge boost despite Howard.

I think Howard will always be the way he is. He just doesn't take basketball as serious as some think he should

I heard Jones was being discussed as trade bait. I think it was just a rumor and nothing serious though

His value in a trade is about to become far superior than his value to the team if they sign another big. 20mpg? Meh.

NBA free agency rumors 2015: DeAndre Jordan pursued by Clippers, Lakers, Mavericks and Bucks

By Liam Boylan-Pett @liam_bp on Jun 26, 2015, 9:56p 4

The coveted big man is going to have options this summer.

DeAndre Jordan, one of the offseason's most sought after free agents, is going to have options this summer. The Los Angeles Clippers, Los Angeles Lakers,Dallas Mavericks and Milwaukee Bucks will each send representatives to visit Jordan at his home in Houston when free agency begins Wednesday at 12:01 a.m. ET, according to Broderick Turner of the Los Angeles Times.

Jordan put up career highs of 11.5 points and 15 rebounds per game last season, his sixth in the NBA. He may, however, have a strained relationship with Chris Paul.

According to Turner, NBA officials told the Los Angeles Times that Jordan wants to be more involved with the offense and to be an All-Star. With Paul and Blake Griffin, he's not sure he can achieve those goals.

That's music to the ears of the Lakers, Mavericks and Bucks. Those three teams won't be able to offer Jordan as much money, however. The Clippers can sign Jordan to a five-year maximum deal for $108 million. Other teams in the league with the cap space can offer Jordan a maximum deal of four years for $80 million, with an opt-out clause after the third season.

There's also an option for Jordan to sign a two-year deal with the Clippers with a player option for the second year, which would allow him to take advantage of the expected increase in salary cap that will come with the new television deal.

Celtics and Pistons leading candidates to landTobias Harris

Free agent Tobias Harris is likely to be signed by either the Boston Celtics or Detroit Pistons, according to Shams Charania of RealGM.

Harris, 22, averaged 17.1 points, 6.3 rebounds and 1.8 assists per night in 68 games with the Orlando Magic this past season. The wing hit 36.4 percent from the three-point line last season, which would be a big boost for the Celtics, who hit just 32.7 percent as a team. The Pistons are looking for sharpshooters to fit into coach Stan Van Gundy's system, and Harris fits the bill.

The Celtics and Pistons would likely offer a near-max contract to nab Harris. That could approach $15 million or more next season.

Nets expected to re-sign Brook Lopez and Thaddeus Young

The Brooklyn Nets are the frontrunners to sign Brook Lopez and Thaddeus Young after the two opted out of their player options for the 2015-16 season, according to Adrian Wojnarowski of Yahoo! Sports.

Lopez, 27, is seeking a three-year, $60 million maximum contract extension, but could work out a deal that includes a player option for the third year. That would allow him to re-enter free agency once the new television deal ups the salary cap.

Young is expected to sign a four-year deal worth $48 million-plus with the Nets.

Lopez averaged 17.2 points and 7.4 rebounds per game for the Nets last season. Young, who came to Brooklyn in the Kevin Garnett trade, averaged 13.8 points and 5.9 rebounds per game in his 28 outings with the Nets.

Looks like Edy wants an NBA contract to play in summer league. I say we pull the trigger, but it could also mean Pero is coming back next season.

I say do it bump the BS I'd actually bring Pero back I gave him a lot of crap during the playoffs, but unlike Baze/Scott he did technically "Show up" Pero is who he is right now, but he's there that much I'll say.

Really when I say Baze/Scott mean Scott more so that MF'fer disappeared like magic in the playoffs entirely.

Bazemore is the only one worth keeping. Scott seems to have lost confidence or fell out of favor with BUD but Pero is STRAIGHT GARBAGE!!
