Tweenthehedges
With a new coaching change and a seemingly totally different roster. I believe it's time for the end of the "rise up" era....Any suggestions on a new slogan?Still think we should have Sam Jackson do the commercials
atljbo
the coaching staff didnt think of it ... The marketing guys did.... Quinn is saying riseup.... Its not going anywhere
Tribal Chief
Slogans suck when the team doesn't do what it says. Seriously, I never liked rise up. Would rather have a new chant than a slogan
birdz4i
how about no slogan.

uga_falcons_braves
All Sam Jackson has to do is say football and I'm hype. Rise up theme never did it for me anyways, so if we keep it or lose it won't make a bit of difference to me. Just keep Sam Jackson.

A Dog Named Brian
I honestly don't see people's grievances about it, a lot of good teams have a slogan or mantra. If 2 Chainz & Samuel L. Jackson are behind it, who am I to go against it??
ryanadonis
Rise Up was created by Rich Mckay and the dorks that worked for the Falcons in the marketing team. Rise Up barely moves merchandise and it's almost embarrassing to say unless the Falcons win a playoff games ex. vs Seahawks in 2012. I say we let a new slogan organically come about. Dirty Birds was good during its time and I doubt they had to get a marketing team and Rich **** You Mckay to come up with that one.
Tribal Chief
I honestly don't see people's grievances about it,everyone isn't alike. Some like it, some don't like it. Nothing more nothing less
ryanadonis
"Rise Up" is ours. Nobody else's. It's known nation wide that it's ours. It's as much ours as the "Dirty Birds" and the "Dirty South".One day some in our fan base will learn to be proud and not feel in adequate all the time.RISE UP!!!Says No One
Lornoth
Rise up isn't going anywhere. Quinn's saying it, the new picks are saying it, and more importantly it's still on all our merchandise. I never saw people's problem with it either, every NFL team's slogan is kind of dorky. At least ours is grammatically correct.
ryanadonis
everyone isn't alike. Some like it, some don't like it. Nothing more nothing lessI think majority of the Falcons fans despise it. It's not a 50/50 issue. When I go to an NFCCG in Atlanta and some people are scared to say Rise Up and one or two people are chanting it before the game, that means the Slogan isn't WORTH ****

Tribal Chief
I wasn't asserting everyone is alike, what's your point bud?you voiced your opinion on people disliking it. I said everyone isn't alike. Example, you and other like it, others don't. Shouldn't really matter why people don't like it
