That list is a load of crock.

1. Aaron Rodgers

2. Tom Brady

3. Ben Roethlisberger

4. Drew Brees

5. Tony Romo

6. Andrew Luck

7. Russell Wilson

8. Peyton Manning

9. Phillip Rivers

10. Alex Smith

Alex ******* Smith. Is there anyone in the league that really wants him at QB.

The rest are all debatable as to where they are placed. Ryan should probably be on there but who would you take off.

I would fairly easliy take Ryan over Smith and Rivers.

If we're talking about QB play, I'd take him over Wilson as well.

Smith and Wilson.

Game managers... Great Defenses... Great running games...

Smith is without question not deserving of a top ten rank.

Wilson has the accolades but I agree, I'd move Ryan in front of him.

Rivers though, I like rivers and Idk if I'd put Ryan in front of him.

but smith?...

In his defense....he did say that no matter who he placed there, of the remaining qbs, there was going to be a major drop off after #9. Seemed like he picked #10 out of a hat. The top 9 are legit options for, well, the top 9. Rank those 9 however you want.

Those left off the list, are viewed nationwide, as being on a tier well below those in the top 9.

You would be one of the very few outside of Falcon fans, to do so. Not sure if you or anyone that makes a comment like that actually watches a lot of Charger games.

Wilson is so hard to judge. He makes these phenomenal plays but every defense is focusing on Lynch. He also has the best D in the league.

Wilson is an odd one. A lot of his passes look like he has pure luck driving them.. Still..to complete as many of those freaky passes as he does.. skill has to be involved. Even if he is falling down with his eyes closed before he tosses the ball.. that f'n ball somehow lands right in his WRs hands. For being effecient, elusive and being 2nd only to Rodgers when it comes to throwing on the run......... I'd put him in the top 10.

Considering the fact that Rivers doesn't have a receiver of Julio's caliber at the moment and still put up quality numbers, I'd put Rivers > Ryan.

My list would be more of:

1. Rodgers - he's still the best QB, hands down AND they picked up Montgomery in the 3rd round. They want to give him weapons

2. Manning - he was injured, but the numbers don't lie...dude is still one of the best QBs to play the game. Picked up 2 linemen in the draft and expect to see a lot of Latimer after having a red-shirt year.

3. Luck - he's only going to improve at this point, add on Dorsett and a couple of lineman drafted, he might improve even more.

4. Brady - curious what deflate-gate ends up doing to Brady's numbers laugh.png

5. Brees - losing graham hurts, but improving the line helps. We'll see if the faith in Toon, Jones, and/or Coleman pays off. Spiller will replace PT and part of Stills numbers, but who will step up as the true number 1? Cooks? One of those 3 big receivers?

6. Roethlisberger - He's always been above average, but never elite due to his inconsistencies...last year was his first elite year. Have to show me more consistency to be top 5 imo. Added Coates so that always helps in terms of another receiver.

7. Rivers - finally a decent RB to support his passing game. they better hope he holds up compared to Mathews, which I think he will.

8. Ryan - same as Rivers, finally a decent RB to support his run game. difference is, Ryan better hope his lineman can keep him up.

9. Wilson - SB winner, 1 pass away from two-peating, and added a top 3 TE to his team. He will improve, but what happens when the OL and RB start aging, he's a curious one. I just can't put him any higher when that defense is what they are and Lynch is running like he's ageless.

He had no running game and a bad OL as well as Ryan/Rivers.

posted better Y/A, rating, TD, and TD% than those two as well.

I'm ranking it based off "going into the season" and I don't even like Luck. Can't deny the kid is pretty **** good.

Well then he should have called it Top 9 Qbs of 2015. Lol seriously, I'd say stick Ryan in there at 10 and THEN there's a drop off. Dudes lost any credibility he had with this list...

I can dig it, that list makes a lot of sense considering we're talking about entering the 2015 season.
