Porter Osborne Jr
I would imagine that for most people it will depend on what part of the state you live in.
SacFalcFan
yep i think the biggest rival really depends on age and also depends on where you live. i have friends who swear georgia tech is our biggest rival, but when we own a team like that it's hard to believe that. until we lose to them and they think they won a national title and act like they haven't won a game against us ever and when that happens then I realize how big of a rival we are to them. we have beaten team 12 out of 14 years and it's sad after the wins i don't get that excited.. i have always expected to beat them. it's just hard to see them as our #1 rival when i have barely seen us lose to them in my lifetime. regarding the other teams we are one of a few teams that have as many natural rivalries as we do. there are very few teams that have that many longtime rivals that they have to get up for each year which doesn't include some other big games. i also don't see south carolina as a rivalry. they aren't at the level of the others. they are only that now due to spurrier, but we have pretty much owned the series and they aren't a program that is even close to our level so I don't see them as a rival. I really believe our #1 rival is Auburn. that's my #1 rivalry for my dawgs. #2 is florida and tennessee.. a tie for 2nd place.. then it's clemson. I remember when the hatred was very very strong and the last 2 years rekindled it for me. then it's georgia tech. So for me it's 1. Auburn2a: Forida 2b: Tenessee3. Clemson4. Georgia Tech5. I guess you could say south carolina only due to the last what 10 years and them being a border state.
AutumnEffect
Sac I grew up in West Ga but I still would only call Auburn number 2.There's just a certain magic about that WLOCP. Even when UF is having a bad season that game is just so different. It's a game where these days each iteration feels like a clean slate. The rest of the season doesn't matter, and all you know is it's going to be a street fight. The last five years of Auburn has featured a lot of blowouts. The games except for 2013 just don't have the same magic for me. But God do I still hate those plainswartiggers...
