you do not know how tall he is, or if he already works out and most of it is muscle...

did you know Julio Jones is 6'3 at 220?? would you say he is fat?

Let's just say I would be willing to bet Ol' Ray is not a 6'5" muscular athlete, gut feeling. Edited by Bigtime A

Lol...anyone that is still calling Gregory a "character risk" makes me laugh.

Because he's a Cowboy.

In all reality, he's a top prospect that fell to the second round because of character concerns. That doesn't change a week after the draft because Jones took him you ******* homer.

i'm 5'11 205 lbs, am I fat by your definition?

Im just over 5'11" and currently 223lbs and would still call myself about 20lbs to go, and working terribly hard at it. Never admitted this before but after a tough breakup in 2012, I let my weight get away from me and I became exactly what everyone was making fun of me and saying I was, a 338lbs fat @ss. I started slow just counting calories but moved on to over a year and a half on a fully raw vegan diet. When I used to wrestle in kick-box in my early 20's, I was at my best shape around 204lbs and plan to be back at that target weight soon. If Ray is really overweight, regardless of how much I'm sure he hates me online, I would be more than happy to work out with him and was just having some fun, was not really making fun.

I'm a Homer because the real information came out about his condition. Makes sense. It couldn't possibly be that you're a Cowboys hater at all.

Hater? Nah. I don't like the Cowboys. I use to hate the Cowboys. But years of mediocrity have soothed that. I like Dez. I've always thought Romo took too much flack, although most of it funny. Mo Claiborne is my guy. There's a couple of players on the team I like and root for. Just don't like the team.

Your schtick is just tired, much like WFW. You're the biggest homer here and it's not even close. Every thread is about the Cowboys, regardless. Fowler tears his ACL, well Gregory was rated higher than him as a pass rusher! Who gives a ****?!

If he was on any other team, every single person here knows your stance would be the complete opposite.

Get over yourself you white and blue turd...

When me and my fiancé got back together I was 5'6" and 155. I was playing basketball and football for a few hours after work every day. 20 years old. Trying to stay away from fried foods and soft drinks. I was in the best shape of my life.

She moved in, got pregnant and life really slowed down. After Mardi Gras this year I had gotten up to about 220. Started dieting a few weeks ago and I'm back down to 202. I'd like to lose another 30 pounds, but I know that's gonna be tough. With my work schedule, it's hard for me to plan around going to the gym. I think I'm going to start running in the AM before heading off to work.

Randy Gregory said his playing weight for Dallas will be 255...

Can he support that extra 10-15lbs and play at a high level? Only time will tell, but that isn't the real issue.

The issue is, he seems to not be able keep on the weight for an extended period of time, even when he wasn't sick. Most people said his listed at Nebraska was 240, but his playing weight was more like 230.

Congrats on the progress! If you have Netflix, check this documentary out. Has a ton of well respected people, many famous, in the health movement, Watching this 2 years ago was literally my a-ha moment. Diets don't work, you need to change what and how you eat. I definitely eat the same or more food than I used to, it's just not empty calories.

Not really dieting I guess. Just got off all soda and sugar. No rice, pasta or bread. Nothing fried. Trying to eat a lot of salads and grilled or baked chicken. I'll give the documentary a look. Thanks man.
