falcons4life
Three guys cut after two days of a mini camp? These guys must have been so far out of their element that it was painfully obvious that they'd never make it.

insight
I think is when it really helps to have Quinn with control over the final roster. If they see somebody who clearly won't work let him go and try someone else.
capologist
After reading what I did about Chris Brown, had the feeling he might not be cut out to be a Falcon. As for cap ramifications-Stangby and Ozerities each contribute $1,000 to the dead money stack. Not sure on Brown yet but will try to find out (betting it's $1k). $2k of dead money minimum...

Sheldon Cooper
Glad Mincy caught on. Many of these guys like Huffer dont have much info available. Ozerties looked aweful I dont know why he was signed instead of a try out. We should have a spot left to fill minus 3 plus two. Austin Dodge is only 6-1, 210 pounds but he is quite accurate down the field. I would like to see him come to camp. Marcus McMorris I thought had some good tape too. Flying Falcon
We cut Chris Brown? Really? And it only took 3 days for this staff to realize that these players are not "Falcon" material. If this was the old staff, these players would be penciled in as backups.

These guys must have been so far out of their element that it was painfully obvious that they'd never make it.Not necessarily - but they can only sign 90 - and if they sign any others after 90 have been signed - they have to cut.It could be those guys were better suited for a different scheme - or that others were just better or a combination of any number of things. If they have aspirations of playing in the NFL, I hope they learned from this experience and keep trying until there is no more they can do.
