Falconsfan567
Everytime people say "put it in play and good things happen" all I have to do is say look at Andrelton Simmons for proof that's a myth.
Unknøwn
Harper seems to be finding his power. Already 9 this year.

Unknøwn
Nats playing HR derby now. Cahill's ERA climbs from 9. Can we just DFA him already?

Unknøwn
Cahill now at 9.19 over 6 games.
sdogg
There is no excuse to keep Cahill on the roster. No talent at all. Harper is putting it together. It's too bad our (former) overhyped players, Frenchy and Heyward couldn't do the same.
Falconsfan567
Unfortunately as much as you want to hate Harper you can't deny that he is an enormously talented player who is finally figuring it out. His season stats so far bear that out..284/.426/.627 (1.054) - 30 G, 102 AB, 23 R, 29 H, 5 2B, 0 3B, 10 HR, 25 RBI, 26 BB, 37 SO, 0 SB, 3 CSOur Freddie Freeman isn't doing so bad himself..324/.380/.577 (.957) - 29 G, 111 AB, 20 R, 36 H, 13 2B, 0 3B, 5 HR, 18 RBI, 10 BB, 26 SO, 1 SB, 0 CSBryce Harper has more power which is why he has twice as many homeruns as Freeman but Freeman is an overall better hitter. If I had to choose between the two I would take Freeman.
Unknøwn
I hate Harper but id love to have him. Those swings last night were just vicious.
Unknøwn
Only teams with higher bullpen ERA than Atlanta are the Red and Rockies. Braves bullpen has an era of 4.74, Rockies 5.10, Reds 5.32. Braves bullpen also second worst in HR allowed with 13. Brewers hold that top mark with 15. If thats not enough bad for you Harper is 8-for-19 with 2 HRs off Teheran. K26dp
Peterson is just @7 months younger than Simmons and Freeman, and is older than Teheran, Wood, and Miller. Edited May 9, 2015 by K26dp
