Matt Ryan Tutor
Hasnt really been talked about very much since his injury last year, but wondering if he stays healthy this season will he crack the starting line-up?

YoungHeezy
He has the measurables for sure. I think the preseason will shed a lot of light on the majority of these young guys potential
DonDaLuvMaker
Wasn't he asked to bulk up to about 240 as he comes back from his knee injury earlier during this offseason?I can't remember exactly, I thought someone posted it on the boards a few months ago. raysnill1
not with the guys we've added but he could get some time on special teams and be valuable depth
Lornoth
I'd be happy if he turned into a decent #4 LB'er. I don't think he'll be a starter though, not without injuries.
End zone Jones
He could be an intriguing piece. Don't think he will start though. We will know a lot more after TC and into the preseason. I'm just excited and ready to see the defense this year... I've NEVER said that about the Falcons.. Haha. Quinn got me excited though! Mr. Hoopah!
I'm not expecting anything from him. If we get nothing from him, fine, if we get anything from him, good-great.

End zone Jones
Yeah for sure I wonder if he would be good in coverage?WeaknessesHas short arms, small hands and is light-framed with limited bulk. Duck-footed, tight-ankled, stiff-hipped and straight-linish. Could stand to improve knee bend and hand use disengaging from blockers. Average functional, football-playing strength in tight quarters. Not an instant reactor. Limited ball production in coverage.-ESPN Draft ProfilesI'd say no, we don't know if he's developed/learned though. The injury only set him back.. I know he was a good tackler, and would lay the wood to people. He was a great blitzer, in college. weezy01212
I hope we have something from our LBers drafted last year turn up because otherwise all those LBer picks were a waste.....and we picked like what
Herr Doktor
Essentially this is his rookie year. Im not expecting much from him, if he even makes the team. But having said that, he's no longer playing under a regime that hates playing young players. So who knows?

FentayeJones
He ran in the 4.5s at his pro day so he has very good speed and he is a good tackler. So he should have a shot at making it on special teams. I can see he eventually backing up Durant at the WLB. Just like Herr Doktor said hes essentially another rookie. SyCo
I thought he had potential to be a second year starter. I don't know if there's a marquis spruill role on this team though
AndySG
Tough one. We have a lot of linebackers around the place now. He'll probably be competing with the likes of Bartu, Stupar and Starr for a roster spot.

vel
Starting line up? Not a chance unless injury happens. But I think he could be our Malcolm Smith.
trubirdfan4life
Be lucky to make the team at this point
vafalconfan
Starting probably not, but one reason TD traded up up get him was his speed. Last year he was undersized, but fast and I thought I read somewhere on here that he had bulked up. So barring another injury set back he could at least be a great special teams player for now.. Romfal
I think you should lower your expectations to making the 53 for now.
