SaintRay
Packaging the #31 and the #77 pick could move them to #20.With the #13 and #20 picks, they could easily land 2 defensive starters. They would then retain their 2nd and 3rd round picks, both inside the Top 75. If they land 1 offensive and 2 defensive starters inside of the Top 5 selections they possess, that would be an outstanding draft.
PantherWake
Well it also depends how well they draft. Having high picks doesn't equal good draft.

My fingers typed 20, but its 21 where the deal can work. 21 = 800 points and the Saints package would be 805.

Big Bubba
That would be pretty good.I have to say though... I half expected this thread to be about the Saints somehow trading for and signing Martellus Bennett.. Which, if Loomis somehow, magically found a way to sign him to a new contract, he would be an amazing extra for the Saints' offense.

Kevo
I would love for us to stay where we're at and keep all of our draft picks, but like in every draft there are some unexpected players available at certain spots. I fully expect us to trade up somewhere within our first 4 picks.

SaintRay
Saints could also draft 3 times in the first round at 13, 28 & 31 by packaging #44 & #77. That senerio allows longterm benefit as all 3 players could be offered 5th year options by the club. And they would still retain 4 picks inside the Top 75. BayouBengalz
I could see us trading up to 5 which would require our 13th and 31st pick to select either Williams or Fowler Jr. I don't like it but with the limited edge rushers now in the top 13, I can see us being aggressive and trading up.
