My Psl Sales Experience - With Future Seat Estimates And Psl Agreement Clarifications

Recommended Posts

I'm never going to be in the game monetarily for prime seating anyway so if people want to pay for PSLs then it's their business. As for PSLs in the "cost far less sections" of the new stadium... I'll wait and see what develops but I am guessing I will remain in the pick my game(s) each season and pay the piper for those because I am not much for the 'pay extra plan' of PSLs.

in other words... when I have some money to burn, I can find other ways to burn it with a greater ROI.

21. Verbal statements by Sales Rep. have no weight/bearing.

I found this interesting considering the fellow that keeps spamming TATF about how wonderful the PSL's are.

Especially since we know he's being paid by either Piedmont or the Falcons to sell the PSL's.

It just shows how bogus the statements some, or one of their PSL Reps are making for them to put this in the License agreement.

Where you that the sun will shine on the north side of the staium seats in Founders do you consider this a plus? a negative? or basically a none issue? as the Sales Rep making this sound good or bad? How many Founders seats were still left in the first 10 rows on Falcons side and on the Visitors side? Did you get the feeling Club Seats and particularly Founders seats were doing above expected? Below expected or about as expected? Thank you for a very informative post

Did they give any indication as to if and or when the Piedmont PSLs would be all sold out? Founders Club expected sellout by? All other CLub Seats? Did he try very hard to push the advantages of Founders PSLs over the Piedmont and Champions?

I really don't understand the PSL thing - I see PSL's hurtingArthur Blank and Falcons. This is not Chicago, Dallas or New York - I don't think there is enough corporate business to support all the PSL's and the individuals are not likely to pay.

Capitalist,What do you think of the Beasley pick? Think as we have the draft that people will become more interested in the Falcons? Maybe as time goes on and we get closer to reality with the new stadium that PSL sales will pick up but it is still a long time in the future.
