Heavy Hitter
http://www.thefalcoholic.com/2015/4/26/8498027/kentucky-pass-rusher-alvin-bud-dupree-scott-piolis-new-dontari-poeIf Beasley or Fowler are gone I wouldn't mind trading back a few spots and drafting Dupree while gaining an extra pick in the process. I would go Dupree, Marcus Peter, Cedric Ogbuehi, and Hau'oli Kikaha with the first 4 pick within the first three rounds. On 1st and 2nd down I would have Dupree at the LEO as he could set the edge in the run game while providing pass rush. On 3rd down I would slide him to LE, put Kikaha in at LEO, put Clayborn at the 3 and Babs at the other. Basically I would add Kikaha as an added bonus and to compliment each other's game. Malachore
The Falcons are not going to be able to trade back and still get Dupree or any of the pass rushers unless it's like 1 or 2 spots.

JJC28
I f they take a D guy its got to be Ray or Dupree. I can not handle taking a guy with 34 tackles at 8 over all. We are not trading up and we are not trading down I would be in shock if we do. But shoot me i want the RB at 8.
JJC28
Worst defense in the league, we are going defense at 8. Hopefully Beasley or Gregory. Oh, and Beasley wasn't asked to play the run, he was asked to get into the backfield. And he did to the tune of 44.5 tackles for loss and 25 sacks the last 2 seasons. Good enough for me! Bring him home! The people wanting Gurley at 8 are farking idjits who are going to be terribly disappointed Thursday night. I'll be laughing at their expense Thurs night. Truth B Told (TRU)
The LEO position:1. Has to be athletic (check)2. Has to be strong against the run (check)3. Has to be able to get after the QB (check)4. Has to be able to drop into coverage (check)Why not? Even if he's not the answer at the LEO position, he could play the Michael Bennett role at LE and average 5-6 sacks per year

Dirtybird56
If we want Dupree we're taking him at 8, not trading back. As of late its entirely possible he's gone before our pick at

This is like the worst highlight to promote Beasly. The LT ****** up and Murray held on to the ball because no one was open. Beasly literally ran into the qb. HelI every player entering this draft can do that. Don't dislike Beasly I just dislike the clip. I want Ray or Dupree at 8The more I watch it the more I realize I may be wrong. Lol. I want the whole play from the beginning!! 😜 Edited April 26, 2015 by MoFalconsFan56
Guest Mr Plow
If we want Dupree we're taking him at 8, not trading back. As of late its entirely possible he's gone before our pick at 8I do a ton of reading. Here at TATF I constantly read "trade back and take Dupree at 12-18." Nationally, I constantly read that Dupree is very high on many of the NFL teams' boards and should go in the top ten. If we want Dupree (and I believe he is our realistic top pick) we have to get him at # 8 if he is still there. In all honesty boys, if Beasley and Dupree are both available, I'm pretty sure we are taking Dupree. I've read a lot and Dupree matches what Quinn wants more than Beasley. Just look at size. Us people wanting Gurley aren't the ones crying and lying. We would rather have Gurley than some other players, but we won't lie and say that they aren't good. Gurley is my pick, but I would be just as happy with Beasley, Fowler, Ray, Dupree, and any other player that will help improve this team. Step your game up, because you may be crying Thursday!!! Just look at size.I've been seeing the same thing but the fact that Beasley is a life long falcon fan elevates him in most eyes on this board. Personally I've wanted Dupree from the start. Beasley may be the more accomplished pass rusher but imho Dupree offers way more versatility. If both were on the board I'd take Dupree 10/10 times with no regrets

Von Miller had 47 tackles in his best college season...what's your point?Elvis Dumervil and Cameron Wake had 37 and 36 tackles last year....they ain't too bad...Plus, JJones was a horrible athlete along with an extensive back injury...By your logic, Eric Kendricks should be a #1 pick... Jarod_Briggs2
Why is thatpoe is a nt that weighs 330+ lbs Beasley is an edge rusher weight 245lbs. I don't see how they're even close to the same player.
vel
It's funny everybody has ignored the 4.73 forty Dupree ran, which is more the speed he plays at on field and how he never did the bench press. I'm not the biggest Bud fan, but I think he will be the pick if Ray and Beasley are gone.

Didn't shy away from any drills or tests...always on the field, no injury issues (hope I don't jinx him). He is a pass rush specialist that with good coaching and solid LBs can easily get better at run defense...If no Williams, I want Beasley and I'm fine having to trade a 3rd to move up toget him...Save this post, Beasley will have double digit sack numbers as a rookie!
