RYNE
Hopefully he trades down to between 16- 20 and take Cameron Erving and acquires more picks. But he is taking a Pass rusher

Kaptain Krazy
If he doesn't want an edge rusher at 8, that means one of two things:a) he feels the players they have are good enough, and/or he thinks a player he would want will be at 42Either of those means Quinn would feel a lot better about the D than the fans, so the focus would be on BPA on offense. One of the following at 8:Scherff- solidify the OL with a big nasty Gurley- Quinn gets his own "Marshawn" and Blank tries selling PSLs to Dawg fansCooper- Blank tries selling PSLs to Bama fans and Ryan gets a WR to take over for Roddy in 1-2 years

With that said, he could be thinking he's set with pass rushers. If you look at the current roster that could be the case. We have DEs, DTs, LBs and DBs on the roster who have put NFL QBs on the ground before. Here are the sacks of our current players in their best sack years. Clayborn - 7.5 sacksReed - 6.0 sacksBabineaux - 6.0 sacksBiermann - 5.0 sacksSchofield - 4.5 sacksTJax - 4.0 sacksBartu - 3.5 sacksSoliai - 2.0 sacksWillyMo - 2.0 sacksWorrilow - 2.0 sacksHageman - 1.0 sacksMaponga - 1.0 sacksDurant - 1.0 sacks 45.5 sacks would have ranked sixth last year. Yes that's their best years, but most of these guys still have something in the tank. By the way, the Seahawks only had 37.0 under Quinn last year, with Bennett leading the team with a whopping 7.0 sacks. He's only had one double digit sacker as an NFL DC and that was Clemons with 11.0 sacks, five years ago. We also have young guys on the roster who might get coached up like Shembo, Jacques, Matthews, Goodman, Spruill and Starr. Quinn may be cut from the Mike "I'd rather have ten four sackers than four ten sackers" Nolan cloth. Give me Gurley, Waynes or Scherff. spiker
I think Quinn wants an edge rusher at #8 but has specific players that he wants. If the top 3-4 edge rushers are gone,I don't think he will draft one just to have one.But will go after the best OL,S,WR,DB available. So Scherff,Collins,Waynes,Cooper would fit the bill for me.If Quinn's top edge rusher are gone!! gazoo
"Let's Say Quinn Doesn't Want An Edge Rusher At 8" I'd say that's quite an unlikely supposition.
FalconFanSince1969
I'd guess that Quinn would take a dB. We've shown strong interest in lots of them.
