Quinten Rollins Set To Visit

Recommended Posts

I've been on his bandwagon since sr. bowl, but the more mocks i do I can't seem to find a place for him. I don't think he is a 2nd round talent, but like him in the 3rd, the same spot i like Marpet. So for me If we take a guard in the second i can see us taking rollins in the 3rd. nickel corner/Fs hybrid while he learns more about football.

Don't get attached to Marpet. We might be able to draft Jamil Douglas a round later and still get the same production.

They're working out and bringing in a lot of bigger CBs (shocking with Quinn, right?) that are rated highly. I wouldn't be surprised if one of these guys are our 2nd round pick.

This guy could be a Pro Bowl Free Safety IMO. it may take him a year, bc he would need to transition there, but in the meantime, he can be a nickle CB. Going to put him in my mock.

Rollins' strengths (ball skills, closing speed, tackling) should work very well at FS, though I would assume it will be 2016 before he has a chance at starting. I think there is a real possibility that he could be the #1 FS in this class and I would be happy with him in round 2.

That's where trading back in the 2nd round would come in handy. I expect a lot of movement in the late 1st and 2nd round...
