Congrats to the fans of all teams that made the postseason! Yall earned it. Now let's talk some bball.

WEST MATCHUPS

1.Golden State Warriors vs 8.New Orleans Pelicans

2.Houston Rockets vs 7. Dallas Mavericks

3.Los Angeles Clippers vs 6.San Antonio Spurs

4.Portland Trail Blazers vs 5.Memphis Grizzlies

EAST MATCHUPS

1.Atlanta Hawks vs 8.Brooklyn Nets

2.Cleveland Cavaliers vs 7.Boston Celtics

3.Chicago Bulls vs 6.Milwaukee Bucks

4.Toronto Raptors vs 5.Washington Wizards

Some good matchups in there. I think the Bucks could give CHI a run for their money and I'll definitely be tunin into some of those Mavs/Rockets games.

In all I think the finals will be

Hawks vs Grizzlies, but idk the victor... The Grizz are tough to beat especially against jump shooting teams because they pride theirselves on paint scoring and great defense. Anyway can't wait for Saturday! Go Hawks! Let's bring a championship to the ATL!

You really can't sleep on anyone from the West. Pelicans are the easiest out, but it's hard to count out anyone with a player like AD. He took the game over late last night. Rockets have Harden and Dwight. Dallas is so efficient offensively. Clips with CP3 and Griffin. Memphis plays tough grind it out basketball. The Spurs are the Spurs. There won't be a boring playoff match up out West.

LOL @ Saints fans thumping their chests like they just beat the tanking Bucs to win one more game than the Falcons on the season...

and all because the Pelicans are the 8 seed about to get plastered by Golden State

...it's cute.

Who's chest thumping? S4L even said the Pelicans are an easy out. Dang Tree, take a day off Bro, not everything have to be rival bashing lol

Well Bron leaves team dispersed and the Heat now suck

how many rings did Lebron have before he came to the Heat? And then how many did Wade have? and who joined whose team again? Who had a Finals MVP before Lebron came and who didn't?

Who's chest thumping? Is there something wrong with being proud of one of the youngest teams in basketball making the playoffs for the first time in 4 years?

I think we all know what to expect against Golden State. But it will be a great learning experience and hopefully you steal a game.

This is how I know you aren't a knowledgeable NBA fan if you are being serious.

Well, not necessarily. While I've said Wade is a great player, there's no doubt that he was carried during the regular season. His days of rest. Constantly missing games. Let's also not act like the Heat went from 1 seed to battling for the 8th seed before Boshs injury happened. That team was great because of Bron.

Who exactly did Lebron have in Cleveland in the 1st place? Varejao? Not much of a supporting cast... And you can't do it on your own. If that was the case OKC would've made the playoffs this season. And everyone knows whose team it was... It was The king's team. If it wasn't his then I'm pretty sure MIA wouldve retained some of their better role players that left. Like Allen,Miller,Jones, etc. But instead they went and joined James in Cleveland. Don't let your Homerism blind you.... Lebron was the face of MIA.

All of those questions have completely circumstantial answers. LeBron never played on a team as talented as the Heat in 06. Now, Wade carried them in the Finals, no doubt. But that team was much better than any Cavs team.

Bron may have went to Miami, but after that first yet, there was no doubt who's team that was. Bron had 2 MVPs and 2 Finals MVPs while there. Wade didn't have any.

Sounds like you're angry Bron left rather than being thankful for 4 straight Finals.

The final two years Bron was there, Wade was injured most of the time.

You had Chalmers putting up 20+ in playoff games to help.

Miller goes out and hits 20+ 3's

The rotation of help is what helped Miami win

Wade helped but that dude was injured ALOT

I believe you mentioned the Pelican's being one of the best teams if they were in the east.

Weren't they just barely over .500 vs the East this season? 16-14, right?

Yes. Yes I did. And I believe it.

There's really no arguing what they tougher conference is. The Pels would have won 50+ playing an East schedule.

That's not really thumping my chest though. I'm just proud of the fight the team showed this year. The injuries piled up and they just kept grinding. Showed a lot for a young team. Whether they get crushed in the first round of not, they had a great season to get where they are.
