How Would You Feel If The First 4 Rounds Went Like This

1st round - Scherff OG (with or without a trade)

2nd round - Eli Harold DE

3rd round - Danielle Hunter DE

4th round - Artis-Payne/Yeldon RB [doubt Yeldon falls, but just in case)

That would fix our oline, add 2 new pass rushers, and give us a heavy bruiser to complement Freeman.

Would you like or hate it? I haven't seen this combo yet. Figured I'd throw it out.

Let me make it clear this is NOT my ideal draft. I'd prefer a pass rusher at 8.

just how would Harold and Hunter be an improvement over Schofield and clayborn

or Goodman and Maponga

or Bierman and C Matthews

ie rookies vs 2/3 year players (from mid rounds)

I'm not saying they would. I'm a big Goodman fan. Just saying this could possibly happen is Scherff is taken in the first.

We need a pass rusher that can start day 1.

I think this logic is a bit flawed. Even if he starts, he is still a rookie, not all of them produce big sack numbers year 1. I feel like whoever we draft at 8 will have extra unnecessary pressure on them since we havent had a rusher worth a **** in several years.

I'd love it. Harold will be good. Hunter, if in right system and used correctly has tons of talent and athleticsm

I'd be fine with it, though Beasley is the guy that I really want.

People are saying that we need a pass rusher that can start day 1, which is true, but counting on a rookie to fix our pass rush right away is more than likely not going to happen.

This fan base has been calling for an ace pass rusher for years and now we finally have an opportunity to draft an elite one, poster have changed directions and want a guard or a running back...this fan base is very tough to please

Didn't say this was ideal. In fact, I said it wasn't ideal in the OP. I just stated it as a possibility, which it is. Hop off your high horse.
