g-dawg
There will also be a sundial at the practice - which they can use to track how long it takes for the passrushers to get to the QB.

Teams with new coaches get this extra practice time with their new team.

hjerry
Keep in mind: Can't do much until the voluntary minicamp starting April 27.Per the CBA"Phase One activities shall be limited to strength and conditioning and physical rehabilitation only. ... No footballs shall be permitted to be used (only "dead ball" activities), except that quarterbacks may elect to throw to receivers provided they are not covered by any other player. Players cannot wear helmets during Phase One."

Sun Tzu 7
They can actually be on the field. It's full team workouts. Teams with new coaches get this extra practice time with their new team. That's not accurate. While the launch of the offseason program will be characterized by many as the official debut of the new coaches, the new coaches can’t be there for Phase One. The first phase consists of two weeks of strength and condition and rehab exercises only. Strength and conditioning coaches can be involved, but no other members of the staff. Footballs aren’t allowed — except for kicking and punting, and quarterbacks can throw to receivers as long as those receivers aren’t covered.Other members of the coaching staff (including the head coach) can be involved in up to two hours per day of classroom instruction and film study — as long as the player isn’t at the facility for more than four hours per day.http://profootballtalk.nbcsports.com/2015/04/06/offseason-workouts-launch-monday-three-teams/I guess the segment will be about how Quinn has revolutionized the weight lifting and rehab programs. Sun Tzu 7
They can be on the field though. They just can't do anything but workout. Yeah they can be on the field but it's just either kicking, punting, or Matt throwing the ball to the WRs.They're not going to be running any plays or anything. The new CBA really limits what they can do. They can only be at the facility for four hours a day.

The best thing about today is that the coaches can now talk to the players about what they're aiming to do this season.

How does that make my post inaccurate?
