brown bomber
Worrilow will not be the starter. Backup yes. But we are sitting at the top of rd 2 with a chance to get two players who can upgrade our LB group. Kendricks and Dawson. With DQ being a defensive coach it's no way we pass on both of them.Jeff Ulbrich was Kendricks LBer coach so he already knows what he can do. Hence is why we haven't heard any news on Kendricks. But we worked out Dawson to due diligence. Now its up to who they think is the better prospect. Kendricks or Dawson will be the pick at 42. I could see us wait and go for Perryman in 3rd round if Kendricks is gone and good value at another position of need (TE or OG, or maybe S) is sitting there, but if Kendricks is there, I can almost guarantee you he will be taken.. The O.D.B
I really think this will be decided by the coaches and what they think they have will PW. At this moment do I think Kendrick is an upgrade, yes. However, people are sorely underestimating PW in a good scheme. IMO Kendrick is the only upgrade to PW. None of the other draft guys look better to me. I'd really like to see Jop get back into the conversation as well.
vel
Don't be surprised when you see MLBs get overdrafted like safeties were last year.
freebird310
Kendricks is not going to replace PW, not really a 4-3 Mike in the NFL, more of a Will and nickle cover backer............guy is best pure cover LBer in the draft....

FentayeJones
I dont see any of the MLBs in this draft that will come in and unseat PW. This is not a very strong class. Kendricks would come the closest only because he is a good coverage LB. Edited April 5, 2015 by FentayeJones

ZoneOne01
Don't be surprised when you see MLBs get overdrafted like safeties were last year. I'd be shocked if it doesn't happen. The ILB class is weak this year. At least three teams picking at the end need upgrading inside as well.

Worrilow's numbers weren't that far off from Brooking's second year numbers.Think he may benefit greatly from a scheme that allows him to attack and by having competent players beside him at LB.The other problem with the idea of taking an ILB with 2 is that the Falcons may think another area needs more immediate attention than ILB. Like guard, RB, edge rusher. They may think Worrilow is good enough for a year.

brown bomber
Here y'all go with all the excuses for PW. But b4 it was he couldn't cover and made tackles down field. Now when we got a chance to improve on this guy with somebody better its let's get better ppl around him. Please ppl. Its like when they said beef up the middle so we can get pressure that way. Besides outside pressure. Didn't work. Keeping Worrilow in the middle will cause us to FAIL.

brown bomber
All of a sudden everybody is happy and complacent with PW. Forget Kendricks or even Anthony. But Anthony won't be there anyway. Point is PW is not the answer. Act brand new if you want to.

Butudontseeme™
I'm not going to be surprised about ANY pick in this draft. Especially in the second round. It seems obvious we will take a pass rusher at 8 because it's almost unanimously our biggest need, but what if Quinn decides to play it safe being his first year? He doesn't strike me as that type but I won't be shocked. Meanwhile, there's not a position on our defense that can't be upgraded. I fully expect the second round pick to be a bpa type pick and will probably be a guy who had a round 1 grade.
