Falcon Man™
On the topic of phone apps, what GPS do you typically use?I used to use a TomTom, but obviously its much easier to use phones now.I am sure some of you have heard of Waze, but if you haven't I highly recommend it.Free download. It's basically sort of a social media GPS. Everyone who has the app running can report anything they see as they are driving. How you choose to input the data is up to you (you can wave your hand in front of it and tell it or enter it manually - I recommend pulling over if you are going to do that 10&2!)If something has been reported like police, an accident, a sobriety check point, traffic jams; etc), it will warn you ahead of time while you are driving. I don't normally speed unless I am taking a long trip, but it has saved me from speeding through a speed trap at least a dozen times over the past couple years.https://www.waze.com/

But unless its telling me how to get to RayJay, where I've been hundreds of times, I like to wing it. Another reason I don't wear a watch. I'm not into time. Its far too easy to waste, and its the most valuable thing we have. That said....if this app helps save time for those that want to, I say go for it. The older I get, the more I find I like to not know whats laying directly ahead, simply so I can practice patience. When I'm at the grocery, I'm the knucklehead that gets in the back of the longest line.......then ****** to myself about how long its taking me, and telling myself how late I am for all these important things I have to do.Seems rather hypocritical, since time is so important to us but I'm through rushing. I simply like to enjoy myself and watch those around me, in the hopes I find someone as whacked out as myself.
