GET-ME-A-DB-TD
For the love of every thing Falcon can we please move on? The dude more or less showed up for his job interview high or at least that's how it will be viewed. We have a filter, we won't draft him, don't plead his case so embrace it and move on. Dude stated that maaaybe his levels were just high from smoking in "December" that the test was positive? Then obviously he smokes Aaaalot! Not to mention he already has the history going for him. We Will Not Attain Him. Any questions?

FenixFalcon
Anyone who's ever smoked Marijuana knows you can smoke right up until the day of your testing and just drink a boat load of water and you'll test negative. I've worked with several guys that have done this AND have had 5 roommates in the past who have done this.
Francis York Morgan
^If they don't test your hair. The filter started to disappear last year. Look at Shembo and Hageman. I don't think there's even an argument that the filter exists anymore.

GET-ME-A-DB-TD
Oh ive smoked my weight, however, I can only assume he knew beforehand there was a drug test? Not to mention he failed two drug test at Nebraska and was one away from being kicked off the team. Dude may or may not have a substance abuse problem but he ABSOLUTELY has a head-up-his-azz problem. Basically he just added mandated substance abuse classes to his contract wherever he signs and has labeled himself a risk from the get-go. Dude has put himself before the team twice at Nebraska by risking getting the boot and showed the world he hasn't changed much. Hmmm, weed OR millions? Hooper72
Do you seriously want to go down this road? What jobs allow IS the problem. Name one job that openly allows employees to drink alcohol while away from work. I'll save you some time - ALL OF THEM.Double standards. I've worked with several guys that have done this AND have had 5 roommates in the past who have done this. You will get a test result of inconclusive if you drink a boat load of water and either will receive a fail or have to take it again until your urine is not diluted. If they take a hair sample you are not getting out of it. Shave your head, okay let me see your arm hair. They can trace it months back, so if you did it, they will find it. Trust me, since working with the government, I've seen too many idiots fail and lose their jobs because they have the same mindset you have. A real business is not gonna knowingly allow druggies into their company. Everyone knows to show up clean during the hiring process. If you give the suspicion that you are under any type of drug influence, you get tested and you get punished whether it be suspension or fired. The company I work for will actually send you to rehab for testing positive and give you a second chance. Get caught again, you're gone. Mid-Nite-Toker
Radio host, recruiter, actor, any office job after you're hired. Its to expensive to fire well trained employees for let's say pot...all types of rehabilitation programs.I'm just not sure he is worth a #8 pick regardless of the pot issue. Either way, the person should be fired. My argument is that one is no worse than the other, except for some decades old, corporate propaganda that made MJ illegal in the first place. Responsible use is responsible use, regardless of the remedy.

I have nothing against people that use until they act stupid. Corporate businesses on the other hand do

I think he'll be a pretty good edge rusher.
