Former KC and Seattle TE
Per Twitterz, the Falcons have signed ex-Chief and Seahawk TE Tony Moeaki.
You're right...Welcome to the Sealanta Falhawks Tony.
If you could go ahead and play like the last Tony that played TE here, that'd be great.
He was good at Iowa, but nothing special in the NFL. He will never ever stay healthy.
Injuries have been big setback for this guy. He had a good rookie year and was expected to blow up, but hasnt stayed on the field. This is the defenition on a low risk high reward type of signing, I like it.
Hot ****! This is the guy I wanted. I wasn't sure he was stil available. This is an awesome pickup!
I'm okay with picking up Seattle players. Better than that Jag crap we were doing.
Bye Felicia.. I mean Schuler!
Geez!! We refuse to sign any legit nfl starters
Never have I had to use Pro Football Reference more than this off-season
Well now that the Seahawks have replaced the Jags as our go to farm team, I expect their franchise to drop off any year now (sorry Seattle our fault)
Remember that last time we had a TE from the chiefs.
Im here for the overreactions of a vet min signing.
We now have three guys who have a legit shot to win the starting TE position, and all 3 will be used in Shanny's offense regardless of who is the "starter."
You'd think the team with the worst depth in the league would have fans more appreciative of depth signings and might understand by now that not every signing is supposed to be a splash.
I like this guy
This guy was legit coming out of Iowa a few years ago. Hope he can stay healthy this year.
Now we got both guys who couldn't fill tonys shoes
We have definately improved at the TE position. Drastically? No, but a marked improvement nonetheless. I doubt we draft a TE this year. Another pick to go to the defense.
I can already hear FFS70 now "Tony Teryaki"...
Living in Chief's country a lot of fans were very high on him after a very good rookie season but injuries and poor QB play plagued him. Low risk high reward signing I like it
