Captain Insano
With Vic Beasley's combine performance and coming out as a Falcons fan, Shane Ray has fell off here on the boards. With that being said, with Ray's pro day coming up today, what does he have to do to get back over the top? He's already said to expect him to weigh 250lbs. With an unmatched first step off the snap, what 10 yard split and 40 time would he have to run to overtake the #1 spot? Also, how many bench presses? He was my pick before the combine but with seeing Beasley, I changed my mind
HEIST
He is what he is to me. Fully expecting him to blow it up, if he doesn't then that's rough.
Francis York Morgan
Beasley is more refined, but Ray will be a monster pass rusher and has a higher ceiling, as crazy as that is. If we get either I'll be happy. If it was the combine, I'd say expect him to run just under 4.50, but since it's a Pro Day...I can see under a 4.40. He's a freak, in the best way. Bobby.Digital
Hopefully he does blow it up so he gets picked infront of us. Want Beasley, Fowler, Gregory over him in that order.
FalconFanSince1967
I wouldn't be mad if Ray, Fowler, or Beasley fell to hs
PrimitiveJN
My list goes: Beasley, Ray, Fowler, Dupree, Gregory.
Arkridge
I wouldn't be mad at all if we drafted Shane Ray. He's just as if not more athletic than Vic Beasley is. I expect him to have a fantastic pro day and probably be back in it for top 5 considerations. Beasley, Ray, Fowler. Those are the three. Anyone else on draft day and I'll be disappointed. atlGM
Ray never fell off he just didn't perform at the combine. as long as he is healthy and puts up respectable numbera I think his tape is what sells him.
