I suspect Hardy doesn't have a big market but I'd give him a flyer and see how that goes for a year and make a decision next year.

I would offer a 5 year 8-10 mil per year with a out clause if he gets suspended or charged with anything.

You guys act like he is the next best thing. He is an AVERAGE football player. Better than what we have? Absolutely but the $$$ needs to be right. I don't know about the Hardy situation all I know is the guy is a BEAST on the football field and would fit perfectly here as a player. Doubt that happens though.

Better than what we have so average is an upgrade.

Unofficially speaking, there are 4 other ways to cook a steak. Rare, Medium, Medium Well, and Well Done.

This is Murica, freedom of choice. Let people do what they want free from outside criticism.

If they want to make the mistake of overcooking their steaks, let them.

I'm a well done man. I've never understood you medium rare boys and your insistence that the "natural juices" not be cooked out of the meat. Let's examine this shall we? Steak (beef) comes from cows. Cows are mammals. The "natural juices" found in mammals are water, blood, urine, sweat, semen, saliva, and digestive endocrines. Which of these "natural juices" do you medium rare boys insist be left into your steak? emot-munch.gif

And medium rare gives you "Mad Cow" disease.

If you are eating a sheety steak from a dirty kitchen maybe. I good steak needs the outside seared/sterilized, and everything else is fine as you want it.

Because burnt and dry semen, urine and blood tastes so much better.

Well done is for cowards.

I usually eat my steak medium or medium well. Well done is too much and rare is not enough, but in the end I'm of the thought that you should eat whatever you want to eat and let others do the same. Was simply trying to speak the voice of reason.

The same part you are. So which "natural juices" are you left insisting upon being left in your steak? Blood? Water? Digestive juices?

I work in a steakhouse. All you guys getting well done might as well order the cheapest steak you can find, you're eating leather at that point. No flavor.

Go medium rare like a real man. The flavor is absolutely in the juices, I know how each steak temperature tastes. For the same reason you don't want to eat a dry porkchop, there's no flavor in that.

You have nothing to be scared of. If the steak is cooked properly, all the bad bacteria is killed, even if it's cooked at the rare temperature. You get it well done because you're scared of the blood, all of us medium rare guys know that. You don't have to hide that fact and defend yourself.

I'm guessing the water. If I wanted well done I'd just buy a bag of beef jerky.

I was just messing with you for clarification because my previous comment practically wrote itself.

I don't disagree with you. I just wish the medium rare boys would tell the truth .. they like their steak filled with blood. It is as simple as that. Might as well order a large pilsner glass full of blood to go with their steak. This is the absolute truth, but rarely, if ever, will the medium rare boys admit such.

Too much blood, such as what rare gives, is a little too much. However the juices mixed in with a little blood in the steak that med rare gives tastes great.

You'd know if you weren't scared. :D

Because we're Falcons fans, we don't get to talk about our shiny new playtoys like Jaguars fans.

Ya'll want me to drive over to Flowery Branch, camp out, and guard the gates to see who comes in and leaves? I'm only 10 minutes away from the Branch. I'll stop every single car that goes through and I'll make sure that I have ID on every person in the car.

I'm pretty sure D. Led has that covered
